Starting Over!

Thank you Kotki, I just look at this as a life change, so as long as im still eating right and exercing.. and getting myself healthier everyday. Thats what means the most to me. Of course getting thinner, is obviously going to make me look better...and thats just a bonus! Im happy with myself as I am right now, but I KNOW that im not healthy, and having this weight on me.. is just giving me a shorter life span.. and I want to be here to see my grandkids, and then their kids grow up!:Angel_anim: That to me is the most important thing!!

Well yesterday made one whole month of doing the firm! I feel great, and I can see and feel the changes in myself. Im so proud of myself!! Tomorrow im starting the Intermediate rotation. I dont think it will be to hard, its not that much different than the Jump Start rotation (the one I just completed)

congratulations on the one month! you've got a really good goal in mind its good to look forward to the future and think what you will be able to achieve and see when you are healthier!

Well yesterday my family and I went out to dinner for Mothers Day...so I cheated, but I figured I deserved it lol.. Im a good mother, and I deserve a break. It also was a rest day, so I probably should have worked out anyways, but I didnt feel like it lol.

But today was weigh-in day, and I still lost 2 lbs!!! YAY At least it was more than the 1 lb last week!!! Is a 2 lb loss in a week a good pace? Or should I be losing more? I dont know, but I THINK 2 lbs is good? Any incite would be GREAT!! :bigear:

Anyways, back to work today, its Hi-Def sculpt (express) tonight. Which is a REALLY easy one. I think I might just do the whole workout instead of the express version.

yeah 1-2lb a week is a good rate to lose weight, thats was doctors recommend as you are losing slowly and are less likely to put the weight back on!
 
Well, today was weigh-in and i lost 2.5lbs this week!!!! Im happy with that! I only have 2 more lbs to go, and I wil have lost 20lbs!!! I cant believe it!!

We had pizza last night for dinner...mm it was yummy!! I like allowing myself one cheat day a week!! It helps me stay on track!

Hope everyone else is doing great with their goals!!

Sorry I havent been posting lately, but ther really isnt much to say, so I figure ill just post on weigh in days! Anyways, today was measurment day!! Its been a month and a half since I started the Firm. So here are my measruements.

April 11th (starting measurments)
weight: 246
upper chest: 40
bust: 42.5
midriff: 42
upper arm: 17.5
waist: 43
upper hip: 53.5
lower hip: 56
upper thigh: 32.5
calf: 17.8

May 25th (1 1/2 months)
weight: 228.5
upper chest: 37.5
bust: 41
midriff: 37.5
upper arm: 15.8
waist: 38.5
upper hip: 51
lower hip: 52.5
upper thigh: 30.7
calf: 16.5


thats a total of 23.8 in. lost and 17.5 lbs gone!!!! :jump:

Im so proud of myself!! I think im doing great!! I havent felt this good in a long time!! :coolgleamA:

Well ill be postng again tomorrow with my weight, even though it will probably be the same lol.. but its still weigh-in day!!!

Well, I havent posted in such a long time!!! Its been a really bad week for me. I cheated ALL week :eek: and only exercised once :banghead: So todays weigh-in wasnt so good :( Ive gained 3lbs!!!
At least im back on track now!
