Starting Over!

Hello everyone, my name is Tiffany. I started a journal almost a year ago, when i had started trying to lose the weight I had gained after getting married. Well my husband left for Basic Training for the Air Force, and two weeks after he left I found out I was pregnant with our second child. He is now done with all of his training, and we have been stationed at Eielson AFB in Alaska, where I had my son about two weeks after arriving. And now im left with even more weight to lose!

3 weeks ago I started The Firm TransFIRMation program. And I really love it!!! Its an awsome program. In the first two weeks I had lost 7.5lbs and a total of 13.6 Inches!!! I weigh in every Monday, and so far Ive been losing about 3lbs a week, which I think is a reasonable pace!

Im so excited to be dieting and excersing again! It feels great!! About 3 years ago I lost 100lbs and it sucks that Im right back to where I was!:ack2: But Ill get down to where I want! Im determined!!!! Ive been eating great, and drinking nothing but water! Im also taking the womens one a day vitamins.

Well, im gonna go start dinner, before my husband gets home. So ill probably be posting later on tonight after Ive done my workout for today.

If anyone wants information on the Firm TransFIRMation program, their site is It really is a great program!! And its the best thing I have ever bought for myself!!

hay ya well done on getting back on track so quickly and losing 7.5lbs in the first two weeks thats excellent keep it up! good luck with your goals iam sure you will be there in no time!

Thank you Kotki, thats why I really love this site! everyone here gives me so much motivation! Its really wonderful!!

Tonight is Hard Core Fusion. Its a great workout that goes from cardio, then to weight training, and then back to cardio, etc. Its a tough one, but I feel so great afterwards!!

WOW! 7.5 pounds is great progress! Maybe I should try the FIRM program after I finish with my detox. Is this the program advertised on TV?

Thank you photocrazed and cmw45, yes it is advertised on tv. I havent actually watched the infomercial myself, but my friend did, and she told me about it, and told me to go to their website. It really is an awsome program!! Its really easy to follow the workouts. I just cant say enough, how much I love it. I look forward to being able to do a different workout everyday, and Im curently following the "jump start" program so I get two days of rest a week. They also have an intermediate program, and an advanced. Ill be switching to the intermediate one in about week, when im finished with the month on the "jump start" rotation.
 
hey Lexi...I love the old Firm tapes..I have one on VHS with Susan Harris as the instructor and she kicks major a$$! good luck with your goals!

leanerme; Yes i love the firm! I dont think it matters what vidoes people use, they will still love it! Matter of fact I just ordered the TranFIRMer kit, I plan on switching between that and the TransFIRMation kit every other month.

Today is my rest day, so im going to enjoy it!!!:blush5:

Good Morning everyone! The last couple of days, I have just felt so lazy lol. But that hasnt stopped me from doing the exercises, and eating healthy. Last night I just kept having these urges to cheat, but im glad I fought them! I was so poud of myself when I laid down to go to bed! My willpower is getting stronger and stronger everyday! Its nice to know that I can fight those urges, but once in awhile I can give in, and not return to my old habbits!!!

I think I may be able to get outside for a walk today!! Tonight is Hi-Def sculpt, I love this workout!! Its all about strenght training today (my favorite days ;) lol)

Well I hope everyone else is doing great with their weightloss goals!! Have a great rest of the day!!

well done you for fighting those cheating demons i know that one of the hardest things all dieters have to face! i think its ok to give in once in a while as its every thing in moderation! :)
 
Well... I gave into the cravings last night lol... but I didnt go too crazy, I had 2 toasted cheese sandwhiches....with LOTS of cheese :blush5: and then I had some doritos (my all time favorite!! hard to resist) and a few cookies :ack2: But the good news is that I didnt beat myself up about it. Today im right back on track like it didnt happen! lol Just taking it one day at a time!! I think ive been doing pretty good so far! Monday is weigh in day..I dont know if ill get a 3 lbs loss like every other week so far.. but im hoping for at least 2lbs!! I dont know why, but this week has been really though..I had the worst cravings ever! And I felt really lazy!! But I still pushed through it, well except for last night.. I also skipped my execises :eek: But tonight im going to double up, and do last nights workout, as well as todays. Then tomorrow, which is suppose to be a rest day...im going to do one of the videos. I havent decided which one yet, but im going to do one, so that way I kinda make up for the horrible cheating I did last night lol
 
That's ok!!! everyone gives in once in a while, its ok. becuase if we didnt give in once in a while we would crave it and then binge on it later down the road!! I;m so proud of you Tiff ur doing such a great job!!! well im exhusted from just getting done doing my work out. so ill ttyl night night:Angel_anim:

Well I just got done doing Cardio Party, and Hi-Def Sculpt! I feel much better now, knowing that im caught up, and not missing a workout! :Angel_anim: Tomorrow is suppose to be a rest day, but im going to do Cardio Overdrive (express) just to make up for all that junk I ate yesterday. I want to keep a good pace on my weekly weigh ins!

Well im exhausted from doing all that working out :ack2:! So, ill post in the morning.

try not to overdo it too much you dont want to be a bit sweat mess on the floor (only joking) dont worry about the over induldance everyone gives in at sometimes i think you would have to be a robot not to give in once in a while!
 
Thanks for your advise Kotki!! Well I just got done with Cardio Overdrive (express) it went good. But its just a short workout. Tomorrows weigh-in day!! I love Mondays lol Hopefully I have good results! But honestly, I know im losing inches becuase my clothes are fitting so much better, so the lbs dont matter all that much. Its just nice to see the numbers go down! :coolgleamA:

This morning was weigh in...and I only lost 1lb this week. But im ok with that! At least it wasnt a gain! Plus I think I might have gained muscle because I did a lot of weight training this week, so that could be why it was only a 1lb loss. But like I said, im still happy with it..as long as the numbers are going down, and my clothes are fitting better, than thats all that matters!! ;)
 
Today was good, it was Cardio Overdrive tonight. It was the first time I got to do the full workout. Phew was it a workout :ack2:!! But it was a good one, not too hard!. I am glad I only have to do it once a week though lol. One more workout, and I will have made it one whole month of doing the Firm TransFIRMation program!!! Im so proud of myself!!! I love these workouts, and exspecially the weights!! And being able to do a different workout everyday has really helped me not get bored!! Which is usually why all my other diets failed!

Iam glad you've got your head in the right place alot of people wouldnt be happy with a 1lb loss, i liked that you said that at least it wasnt a gain thats a good mind set to keep when you are losing weight it keeps you on the straight and narrow and you dont become unhappy with little losses!
