*sigh* Where do I even begin? I haven't been on here for a looooong time...far longer than I had planned to be away. And now I am coming back without losing more weight, and (in truth), having gained back weight. Thankfully, I haven't gained back all I have lost. For the last several months since my move, I have totally not paid attention to my eating habits and have not had planned exercise. I kick myself when I think about the fact that I could be quite close to my goal weight by now had I continued on with the same stamina I had last spring/summer. Yet, here I find myself headed in quite the opposite direction.
So...now I start again...cautiously. Scared that if I get over-excited about losing weight, that I will get discouraged too soon.
I did great with my eating today, but no planned exercise.
