I'm ashamed...

I just stopped coming on this site, stopped the weight loss stuff...just gave up. Shame on me!

So this is take 2! And I'm really hopeing it goes better this time.

I don't have much to say right now, hopefully I'll have some positive updates soon!

I don't check in here that often, or at least I don't post often - I like to read other peoples posts though. I think I'm off to a pretty good start. All together I hope to lose about 50 lbs, but I set a short term goal of 10 by March 9th (my 21st birthday!!).

I've been using fitday (awesome site!) to track what I eat, and my diet has been so much better then it was. I'm not on any specific diet, just trying to eat smaller portions and healthier foods.

For exercise I've been doing 40 mins of pilates a day - a basic workout and also an ab workout. I haven't really seen any progress yet but I feel great after the workout, so I'll stick with it. If anyone has any experience with winsor pilates and would like to share that'd be great! :)

I weighed in yesterday, and looks like I'm off to a good start, I lost 5 lbs! Just 5 more to go by March 9th and I'll have made my first short term goal. :)
