I totally am with ya on the egg white omlette thing. I really like them. In fact thats on my menu plan for tonight.

lol.. Its a good think that i DO like to cook, or I would have my own tv show called 2 tonne Tessie,
I love egg white omelets, you can make them taste different everytime, so I dont get bored of them... not yet anyways..lol
 
Today was an ok day for eating...
Breakfast: Egg white omelet with peppers, mushroom, and low fat ham, 1 toast with jam, small banana
Snack: Steamed low fat milk with almond
Lunch: Meatballs with veggies, water
snack: kitkat bar, water
Dinner: Veggie Lasagna (turned out awesome!) diet pepsi, water
Snack: apple slices, 5 saltines with low fat cheese
Water

Im proud of you Michelle Im join you on getting back on the band wagon, starting fresh today with diet exercise water and eliminating sugar!

My time has been spread thin and as a result Ive been suffering from sleep adn everythign else, time to find some balance in all aspects of my life:)

It was nice seeing you on Friday we need to find more time to see eachother.
 
Thanks Cerella, It was great seeing you and Taneesha on Friday as well...we definitely have to see each other more. I forgot to put on my totals today that i had 1/2 a pepsi.... I am still having some sugar, but trying hard to lessen it. Dan is doing so well, im really proud of him.
I keep thinking take one step at a time, or I become overwhelmed and give up. So... I am just going to keep plugging away at it.

Thanx I do and I have had my mini break...as we all know I do better focused and with lots of exercise not so cranky and bitchy, lol and alot less stressed...

By the way the way the pic you drew me adn left me at work is exactly how i have been feeling lately...LOL

Today.... its all a blurrrrr... and its probably best that it stays that way.
I started up great, healthy breakfast and lunch, but then we had a staff meeting. There were lots of high calorie/flavor snacks. I did manage to eat some of the fruit, but... there were somethings that I should have ignored, but didn't
What I noticed was that as soon as i ate crap, thats all i could think about.
For Dinner, we had chicken done on the BBQ, potatoes, salad with a home made mango dressing.. was tasty
Ive drank lots of water tonight, which seems to be making me feel less toxic...lol

Oh just reading through a few of the last pages of your dairy.. and spotted that you made Veggie Lasagne.. now I suddenly have a craving!!! LOL

might have to make that this weekend!

Hey there Kori, Thanks for stopping in and for your support. Ive been having a couple little bumps in my road lately, but Im not feeling totally defeated, like i used to.
I love veggie lasagna, its a bit of work, but worth it..lol

Yesterday Dan came with me to aqua fit, I was totally surprised when he offered to come along (I didn't even ask) Was great, but I dont think he realized how hard aqua fit is..lol. The class we went to we one that worked with isometrics so, its a bit more intense. Was AWESOME! I absolutely loved it, and it really got my heart rate up.
It didn't kill Dan, cuz he said he would like to come to aqua fit on Friday (woohoo) Im so proud of him. He was starting to slip back into old habits, and now he is really working hard to replace them with healthy ones. It really does inspire me to work harder. *He is a great guy! :D
 
Today was a busy day at work, but it went well.... Had an ok day for eating..
Breakfast:1 cup activia yogurt, 1 banana, 1/2 cup granola
Lunch:Smoked meat on rye, diet coke, water, salad
Dinner:Baked sole, green beans, couscous, water, 1 cup milk
Snack:apple, cheese, water, sprite
 
Today, I got up and went to deep water aqua fit with Dan. It was good, but there was a group of ladies that come there I think to just socialize and chat. They kind of half assed listen to the instructor but never really pay attention. I really want the pool to help me lose weight, so im thinking that on fridays I will take the chest high aqua fit, to avoid the 'floaters'..lol

Grabbed and banana and water on my way out the door to aqua fit
Lunch: BLT on rye with wedge fries, water and diet coke
Later afternoon: blended berry lemonade and a small tirrimisu

went and did a big fruit and veggie shop, and then stopped at the meat shop and bought some ground buffalo for dinner.
 
Mmm Buffalo Burger..maybe? I like Elk Burger. There's this Burger joint here, I've never been and they've got Buffalo, Elk, haha I typed ELF first, Ostrich, Boar, and I think Cow burger's. I think they have a couple of other's that are a lil different too.

Have you ever tried the Apple/museli and Nuts Activia?? That stuff is gooood.

I've heard Aqua fit to be a lot of hard work. Do they let you wear floaties? I'm a sinker. I can tread water, but I'd rather be hangin onto something. lol

It's nice to have someone close to you whom wants to help themselves out as well as you. Lucky!:party:
 
Hey there RunningGirl, I LOVE the apple museli activia, so very good and it has an interesting texture. Aqua fit is a great work out and it works well for me because i have a weak ankle, and it doesn't hurt at all in the pool. I am a sinker too, lol..yes you can use floaties...if we couldn't id be in serious trouble...lol
I love buffalo burgers, they have less fat and cholesterol than beef, and are really tasty. I actually buy ground buffalo from a local meat market near my house and used it in a bunch of different ways.
Tomorrow for dinner we are making BBQ'd stuffed peppers with buffalo, rice, and veggies. Its good with any kind of meat or even vegetarian
