Aw, how precious. I know how you feel honey. My baby is now 6 months, but I'm finding it hard to shed the pounds because I'm not getting much sleep. I'm still moving forward though, and hope you accomplish your goal as well.

Hi, I'm lucky enough to have 480 days of paid maternity leave that my country offers. I find it easy to get enough time for exercise but unfortunately too much time to eat and snack... and I can't seem to find myself stop eating unhealthy things.
How are you loosing the weight?
Best of luck to u on your journey!

480 days, how lucky you are to be able to be at home with your baby and allow your body to heal. The U.S. could really use some improvement in this area. I had to have a C-section, so I was on 8 weeks maternity leave. I could not workout for a very long time because of my incision. I have recently begun to work out since february and it was very discouraging because the weight would not come off. The doctor told me I had to give my hormones a chance to get back to normal. I cut out soda and started drinking water, at least 64 oz a day. Should be more. I began walking on the tread mill and occasionally workout dvd's. I increased my fruit and veggies tremendously, and limit myself on red meat. after about 4 weeks of that, i began to lose the weight. I take my baby for walks whenever possible, especially if I haven't really done a lot that day. I find that if I'm inactive, then I don't really lose, but as long a I am eating relatively healthy, I will not gain any weight.
