Starting Off.....

Hi,

Im 20yrs old and im pretty skinny in the wrists or overall infact so I decided I wanted to add a bit of bulk to myself all round so I started eating, well alot of stuff lol.

Basically now im pretty much still skinny I just have a little, beer belly look about me.

I want to get rid of this and start to build on a 6 pack and bulk my arms and wrists up alot more to well, have an overall average size about me with a nice tone.

Now im not sure where to start, I dont go to a gym or anything for obvious reasons lol, but I was going to see about buying a weight bench for the house. I also was looking into Protein shakes as I got told that bulks you all round.


Basically im here to hope I can get good knowledgable guidance as this is a problem ive been wanting to tackle for a while now.

Welcome.

The basics is the best place to start. Good solid compound routine 3 days a week. Sqaut, Bench, Row. HIIT on off days. And get your diet right. Lots of Veggies and protein.

For a good basic routine I like 'Starting Strength'.
