Starting from scratch!

Dear fellow weight-loss associates,

This is the first time i'm creating my own Weight Loss Diary, I've been successful in the past with weight loss (check my previous posts :) )
Sometimes achieving your goal can bring certain problems, as to what is my next goal I want to achieve.
I was the heaviest in 2008 which was 123.3 KG's, I've lost the weight and was 89,9 at my lowest around 2011-2012.
Stressful situations can make you lose your goals, motivation and hope. When I was 89,9 I had gynecomastia surgery because I had low self-esteem with my man boobs.
I had surgery and the excessive fat was removed, I was certainly going for my next goal, which was a six pack. I think I was around 20%~ body fat at the time.
A friend of mine was in the same clinic to lose weight and she's lost I think around 40 KG+ her smile inspired me to start my weight loss journey once again.
I live in Holland, but I am half Welsh and 22 years of age I always played football/soccer, I went to practice today after a long time of doing nothing and it was the best feeling ever. At this soccer/football club I can also practice basketball which I enjoy watching on television (Bull's fan). The soccer practice will be around 60-70 minutes and the basketball practice around 90 minutes, it will be every Wednesday and Basketball every Thursday. What I plan on doing for the remaining 2-3 days that I have left, is to exercise in the gym, this can vary with HIIT cardio which I have done in the past, I ran 7 KM everyday in 45~ minutes on the treadmill, but now I am going to do muscle exercises as well. The new goal I want to achieve is to return to my old weight which fought so hard for and I threw it all away, but I believe that with the smile of my friend and your feedback/ supportive comments I will achieve it. My mother always says, "If you put your mind to it your someone else", maybe I lost this kind of mindset in my life, but I want it back. I will try to keep you guys updated as much as I can, if you want to follow my story i'd love that so much sometimes I will do a daily update not just about the exercises, but also things that can have influence on my motivation a sort of blog. The first pictures if everything goes according to plan will be posted after 1 month . Also I might post polls if you guys think I was dedicated enough towards my weight-loss and you guys can vote on it, Dr. Phil always says "You need to acknowledge your behavior before you can change it". People (including myself) always think they're behavior isn't the problem of weight loss and start blaming it on their human biology for some reason, or blame it on something else. I won't deny that I have these moments, but with your constructive criticism and feedback I can work on this. Also if i'm slacking on posts, I will be busy with studying of course, but I guess posting a complicated English weight-loss summary, is good for my English vocabulary. I will try to post as much as I can also the results if the admins/moderators allow me to post photographs on this section of the forum board, if not I shall post it in the before and after weight-loss section. I hope you guys get motivation and inspiration from my posts this journey will come with alot of hardships and maybe we can help each other to get through this.
Now I shall type less and work harder and if your interested in my journey thank you so much it means a lot!

Yours sincerely Tommy (Gosu44),

Hi Tommy, welcome to the forum! I believe what your mom says is true. Determination can make anyone different, in a good way. I'm sure you'll get to your goals. It sounds like you have a good game plan. You can post pics in your diary, I've done it before and so have some others so post away. Best of luck to you!
