Hi everyone first time ever on any forum,
I weighed myself today which I havent done in years and am nearly 16 stone!!! 5'6 height so know I need to lose a lot of weight!I was over weight 15 years ago and a few problems I didnt diet just stopped eating and was very under weight it took a few years to sort myself out ,eating habits etc and liking food again.Think I messed my body up a bit back then.
I prob eat one meal a day now but a huge one late on in the evening and munch on rubbish for the rest of the night. I know I have to change but habits are hard to die. I have never exercised ever and diets normally last a day or two.
I have to do this the right way this time so car is locked in garage and walking to work tomorrow and have just bought cereal for breakfast, need bit of advice bout exercising *no motovation for it* work all day in a very busy bar and a couch potato by night. Any advice or pointing to the right posts on exercising from scratch and sticking to a realistic diet wud be great.

Love reading this forum I can be honest because I dont know you.:blush5:
