What a difference a year makes! Holy crow!

I'm totally awestruck with your physique and extremely impressed with what you've done in the past 12 months. Your physique is absolutely beautiful -- you could be a marble statue. All that hard work ... you have chiselled yourself a very fine body indeed.

You are looking EXTREMELY good -- great vascularity, fabulous muscle definition, amazing symmetry.

All I can say is "WOW"! WAY TO GO!

PS: Your pic makes me wish there was such a thing as co-ed wrestling ;)
 
I have to agree with everyone, you are rocking it. Keep up the great work. When I saw the picture from last year, I thought that you look pretty good already and don't need to workout too much. But now, the picture from yesterday made last year's picture looks like an ant. Great development and progress, keep it up!!!!
 
I dont know why, but the past couple days I have lost some weight. Im floating at around 154ish right now. But any ways, I put up 170 X 5 X 5 on bench 2 days ago. I feel like a ****ing champ

My bf's trying to do the same thing - he's in great shape, does a lot of cardio, but really lean. Any suggestions/advice?

Since wrestling has started, I havent really lifted at all.

Im hovering at about 160 (my weight class)

That is insanely awesome progress. I'm not into men or anything, but I can definitely say you can do underwear modeling at this point or something. Coming from me, that's a hell of a compliment. lol. Keep up the good work, man.

I havent really started lifting too majorly yet. I have basbeall going on now, look for it at the middle of may. Thats when ill start going heavy again. Right now its usually when i ever i could get in and not be too tight to pitch/hit.

almost 18 now, in the past two years I have grown to 6'0 and 170 lbs.
my back is my strongest point by far (deadlifting over 300 lbs)

I just wanted to make a some comments about your pic.

Arc, seriously, you have some special genetics going for you, man. Make good use of them, you have a gift of tremendous genetic related potential. You can just see it in those pics, seriously.

Yea thanks, the only thing that is hard for me to build is my chest. Its fallen behind lately.

As of now its pretty much just eat, eat, eat. Im naturally skinny, so to build up I have to eat a TON. Atleast 5 or 6 bowls of cereal/day, along with a great dinner, lunch, and breakfast. Snacks in between.
