Starting back at square one again.

Thamk's clarissa. Today is friday and I had a great week so far.I have not had any late night binges all week and I did my normal cardio all week. I am feeling pretty good these last couple days and seem to have a little more energy. I hope the scale shows the same tom.
 
Sounds like you're doing a great job so far, Bill. You'll see, if you can keep up the healthy eating habits and exercise, all those cravings that you may have will slowly but steadily get less severe. When I started out, for example, I didn't think I could live without Coke or other sodas. Now that stuff disgusts me.

I'm confident in your ability to achieve your weight loss goals, just hang in there and don't give up! :)
 
Thank's for all the comments. I had my weekly weigh in today and it was 374.0,That puts me for a total of 7.4 lbs lost this week. I didnt work out today took the day off. I will be back at the gym in the morning for my cardio.I am feeling better each day so far,sleeping better and feeling more energized in the morning when I wake up.It was a hard week fighting them late night urges,but I manged to shower and hit the bed.
 
Thank's Clarissa. Well It's been a few days I screwed up this week. Its extra hard living with a pregnant woman and trying to lose weight lol. We had a dr appt monday and all seems to be doing fine. we go back next month on the 9th to find out the gender and we can't wait. I have been working out every day this week so far but the eating habbits has not been so good. I am trying to straigten that out asap so I can hopefully see a lost of lbs by saturday.
 
You seem to do a good job, if you ever feel demotivated, think again of why you do it, I'm sure it'll help a lot, good luck !
 
Good work on dropping those 7 pounds. It's just a matter of sticking with it and being patient. Not easy I know from experience, but you can do it.
 
I am typing this with my head down last week was not good at all I tried to give my self a inch but took a mile.On top of that me and the wife been sick for the last three days some stomach virus seems to be going around. I gained 6.4 lbs this week wich was probably not all a gain because I ate late last night and weight my self in morning. I get motivated one week then I break down the next. This seems like it has been a on going cycle. I really get discouraged because seems like I was given a chance before and ran with it and lost 80lbs and I did all that work for nothing. I need to start posting everyday so maybe, I will keep my mind on eating better and won't be so emnbarrased to say what I ate.Does anyone do anything for energy in the morning to get your day started off right. once I hit the gym I am fine but getting me there is the problem,and if I don't go the rest of my day is down hill.
 
Seems to me you know what to do, but you have a hard time doing it. When I have a hard time getting myself up off my ass to work out, I usually take a look at something that reminds me of my goal. It reminds me why I was doing this again. Hope you can find something similar to keep yourself reminded of the better you you're gonna become.

Keep at it, you can can do this!
 
Bill a pint of ice cold water and 20 min yoga (a couple of stretching exercises and a couple of breathing exercises) on the floor are fantastic! Something fairly easy to accomplish and it gives you lots of energy both psycically and mentally!
-Get a scan of your baby on the bed table?
