Hey guys,

Here are some pics of me that I took literally a few mins ago. I've decided to put them up here for the before section even though I'm just starting. Hopefully I'll be able to upload some improvements soon and keep updating all the way to next dec :)

All you guys and girls with such incredible results: what have you found has been the best help for hitting your targets?

I am still a WIP but lost 15lbs since December 1st. A good weight training program and 30-60minutes cardio each day. It could be as simple as a one hour walk. That's helped me so far. :)

Ok, so almost one month down and I'm at 293.

Yes, thats right. I've managed to put on 6 pounds and then lose 3. I'm really struggling to stop eating as much as I do. I watch a lot of TV and films and I eat when I watch. Any ideas? Also I'm saving up to travel the world so joining a gym is pretty much out too which make it even harder to do a proper workout.

I knew I'd need help losing weight but I didn't think I'd be this bad. Any tips or support would be great :)

Yea, it is this bad. That's why there's so many fat people out there.

Tip: when grocery shopping dont buy what you're not suppose to eat, then you wont be tempted when you're watching tv. buy lots of fruit instead. and about the gym, you should join, forget the world, its not going anywhere. Priorities!!

Well ive found a university gym for £70 from now until the end of august so I've decided to join. £10 a month isn't too bad. And yeah, i've starting packing with fridge with good stuff :)

That's great stuff.

Start lightly in the first month. Go to the gym 2 to 3 times a week.

Set the day and times in advance and then ALWAYS adhere to them strictly! (Like say: i'll go to the gym on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 6am or at 7pm) then start doing that religiously. It will build a habit!

Start to get knowing the gym, hire a personal trainer for a couple of sessions to have him explain some of the routines and machines and exercises.

If you nail your "diet" with healthy foods and healthy levels and you hit the gym from now until August. I garantuee you no one will even recognize you anymore and you will be a completely different person, both physically as well as mentally!
