Hey GS1981

I'm sorry to hear that the forum is dead, i noticed this too but just keep reading other's posts and keep posting yourself regardless of replies. I know that sounds a little pointless but thing is like Athala said you need to motivate yourself at the end of the day. I find my diary is good for emotional bleh lol i hardly post my diet but from the looks of it you seemed to be doing ok with your diet. Maybe light exercise like walking would help. Use your diary as a tool to see your own progress of emotions, weight loss, failure anything you like. it doesnt have to be about your diet alone. It's your space to write how your feeling in your weight loss journey, people reading or replying is just a bonus. That's how i look at it =)

So dont worry im sure people will post in time but remember to just keep it up for yourself. Hope that helps ^_*

All the best!

Im sorry, failure is not the right word to use, just a small setback would be more appropriate. That's another thing i learned.

The thoughts you have/ words you say have a great impact on your motivation levels. If you think positively you will draw positive results. This really works, i thought it was bogus originally because im a very negative person. I always looked at weight like pass fail. It's not like that at all. Some days are good some days are not so good that's all.

I read this great quote about motivation>>> its like a car needing fuel, it doesnt have to be on full to run as long as it has something in the tank it will keep going. i think looking at motivation from this angle really helps. I know someone on here does positive affirmations daily in front of the mirror out loud. Like I am confident. I can lose this weight, if i put my mind to it. Likewise there are several small motivational techniques you can use to help you along your journey.

GOod luck! Hope i have helped.
