Starting a Workout, help!

OK, im a total :newbie: and I need a lot of help.

Beginning in september im starting a brand spankin new workout. I have access to a full gym and am completely dedicated. I can workout up to 4 hrs a day if necessary but only monday-friday.

I want a workout that will get me toned and fit. Can anybody design me a full workout schedule that I can use to get these results? Spare no detail because I dont know much:(. I dont want to get any bigger though, as I think im already too large.

My info:

-18 years old
-6 feet tall
-weigh 210 lbs
-15% bodyfat
-no workout partner

If any additional info is needed I would be more than happy to provide it.

All help is much appreciated.

I did a little research after posting and came up with this. Tell me what you guys think for a toning/weight loss workout.

Any comments or suggestions?

Looks like a good beginning.

Now all you have to do is get your nutrition in line. :D

What you eat and how much you eat will dominate your results before your exercises will.

Just keep that in mind!

I recently signed up for a partnership with a board member to lose weight. I am doing 3 full body routines per week with some cardio 4-5 times per week and did not watch what I was eating as much as I should have been and my fat loss results sucked horribly. There was added muscles but the fat I had when I first started is still there! GAH! I cannot stress this enough, read all you can on this board before you start...use the "4 hours per day if I need to" and put it into reading and learning for a week. Then knock out your goal!

#1 Diet.
#2 Exercise.
#3 Never quit.

Id work out 8 hrs if necessary but I will not change the way I eat. I dont mean snarfing down chips, chocolate and soda but I wont change the quality meals I eat per day. I will cut out any junk food and reduce the amount I eat but I think I would rather be fat than give up the foods I love.

Im just worried about the workout regiment I have set out. Is it well suited to me and will it work? I dont want to be wasting my time.

Thanks for the info though, I really appreciate it and i actually agree with you, but I love food!

Edit: Should this topic be in a different section? This forum confuses me and I was just wondering for next time.
