So i have these are some pics before i start my big workout thing this summmer and start my new diet on the first of the year, I wanted to show my body now then i will gradually keep updating pics of my progress, I am 5'6 165-170 and 14. here are the pics.





please let me know what you think
 
no offence but any reason you have to go all little kid style and color around and including your face?
 
oh because i dont like showing my face on the internet, mmy parents have warned me about it unless its like mayspace and facebook, thats why.I didnt mean it to be childish

Lol...

For future reference, you might want to take some more pictures other than just from the front showing your gunz. Take some from the side, arms down, back, and what not. It really helps with seeing your progress.
 
marathon james-thanks i will, im kinda new at this.

i love muscle-i want to add more definition into my abbs area and more definition pretty much everywhere.and get bigger.
 
Myspace and facebook are the devil, employers will see you smoking a doobie with your friends on there and bam youre cooked. Stick it to the man, the truth is out there.

Oh yeah, and you have a good start. Gonna take some work. Buckle down on diet, that's the key to losing fat and building muscle.

Haha, no. I just thought it was funny how he said it's not okay to post pictures up except myspace and facebook as though they are safe havens.

I have heard of people getting busted for stuff that was uncovered on those kinds of sites.
 
markmywords- i have lots of private schools in my neck of the woods and girls and guys in my PUBLIC school get ratted out all teh time, but what is worse when girls and guys from private schools throw parties, THE ADMINISTATORS check facebook etc and come to the parties, they suspend all students who are intoxicated and expell the host if they go, it has happened 9 times and is absolutly horrible
