Started at 310ish, now at 230

Started at 310ish, now at 212

Just been looking over this site recently and it is pretty awesome, lots of good stuff on here.

Anyway here are my before and afters. The first two were taken about two years ago at about 310, not really sure though, I was scared to step on a scale in those days. The second two are from this past fall, about 230. I need to get some better shots, but I pretty much rely on facebook for my photos.

I am 6'4" and 25. I have no real goal. I have made the changes to my lifestyle and after the initial quick 50 lbs or so I have been constantly losing weight, not nearly as fast as the first 50, but I wouldn't consider myself "dieting" anymore.

EDIT: Added last picture of me at about 212.

Down to about 212 now. Added another picture. Just been taking it slow and steady, losing about 4 lbs a month give or take now.
 
Thanks. The weight loss would be going/gone much quicker if I didn't drink so much damn beer.

I hear that! I just recently stopped drinking. I was going out like 4 nights a week and drinking every night. Since I've stopped totally my weightloss has sped up quite a bit.

Way to go. You look fantastic!:hurray:

Yeah I need to stop drinking but my social circle is still in full on college mode which makes it tough. As is I have cut back to about 1 night of binge drinking drinking a week. I plan on slowly reducing how much I drink each time out until I am used to not getting smashed. Sounds trivial, but it is difficult.
