When you really get used to eat junkfoods it's really hard to totally stop. I've read your posts, and I can see you're really in a big struggle. I am too. Anyway, I look forward to your posts and see your progress. I can notice you're improving. :) Keep up the good work. You said you're doing jogging, have you tried or planning to do some exercises or martial arts? This is very effective, I'm on a diet and doing jeetkunedo and taekwondo, sometimes I play badminton too. I love these sports, it makes me shed my fats a big time. haha. Actually, you can use other activities to forget your cravings, make yourself busy to other things or other activities just like what I've said, I spent my time exercising and doing sports to channel my cravings for sweet foods and other unhealthy food habits.

Jeetkun thanks for the post, its so nice to get support. I think you are right about keeping myself busy... although I'm busy with resposibilities I think I don't give much of my time to having something I can enjoy getting busy with. When I just work/housework/do things for others... I don't feel real happy and tend to want to eat more, I think a big part of stopping the bad eating is also finding other ways besides food to make myself happy. I do want to get out more with hobbies.... not sure about taking a martial art though, never considered it. I love hiking, and I have pretty much quit going because I don't want to go alone. Hiking is something that I can't just fit into a daily schedule though it's more of a weekend event.

So my Friday weigh in was the same a Thursday morning so I didn't gain anything for Thanksgiving. My weight stayed the same again from last week... and I did indulge in pie. I will have to really try harder to cut out the junk and get my calories lower this week and actually lose a pound. If I get down even 1lb it will be the lowest I have gotten in about 1 1/2 yrs since I have been trying to lose some of the weight I regained after losing in 2009.
