Hi, guys! My current height is 5’7 and weight 240 pounds, 31 years old, woman

2. If you were at an ideal weight now, what would that weight be?

It would 130 pounds
3. At what weight would you like to be at four months from now?

190 pounds4. Why do you want to lose weight?
I wish to loose to be more sexier, more attractive, easier, to begin my dance classes, to be more flexible and energetically to study. 5. Do you want to lose weight for a specific life event such as wedding or reunion? If so, when is that event?

Yes, I am going to have my wedding in church, I am married now, and we are going to have a bigger party with in church ceremony. The date is summer-fall 20116. What obstacles could get between you and your weight loss goals?

I like to eat in the evening after 6 o’clock when I prepare something for my husband.
I am very busy with my almost 19 month’s son



7. Why do you think that you now have a weight problem?
I ate too much in the evening, I did not drink enough water and I did not have enough movements.

8. What lifestyle changes do you think would help you lose weight?

I am going to find more friends in weight watchers meetings, constantly fitness program, my dairy and no food after 6 p.m. :hurray:9. Have you lost weight in the past? If so, what has worked in the past to help you lose weight?

It will be my first journey like that.
10. Why do you believe that you did not lose weight or you gained the weight back?

I will start my program and I will keep this program for all my life.
11. What, if anything, has not worked for you in the past in helping you to lose weight? Why do you think it did not work?

I always had some reasons to go to restaurants, or not exercises, now I will do it in spite of stress, sad or joy moments in my life.
12. Would you try writing down all food and drink consumed for a given period of time?

I like to cook soups, salads.

I think 2-3 times in a week, I think it is American buffets

Salad, soups and nuts

izzy’s…and many others, I can tell the names.


17. What are three things you can do differently when it comes to food?

To drink water 2-3 glasses of water, count the food ( calories), try to eat separately
18. If you woke up tomorrow and your body was exactly the way you want it, what would be different?

I will be easier, without big belly, no cellulites on my legs, no double chin, no fat waves on my back, and I will look 7-10 years younger. WOW!19. Do you eat when you are not hungry?

I do.

Yes, I do

No, I do not

walking

To get some cloths, to travel

My weekly routine is walking 45 minutes in a gym or outside as fast as I can.

Thanks for stoping by my diary.

The best way I have found to keep track of my food intake is on fitday.com it is free for the basic membership and that is all I use.

When I started my quest at 422lbs I thought there was no way I could do this but I changed my eating habbits and bought me a bike and started to ride everyday, I started with around the block and thought I was going to have to call my girlfriend to come pick me up, now I can go 4 miles non-stop pushing it at almost 11 miles and hour.

Good luck and I will stop by to see how your doing.

It is great to know that you will help me, thank you!

I also like bike, I began to do it Fall 2008, and then we bought a bike for home exercises,

But unfortunately it is broken I did not have a chance to train a lot.

Tony, what brand of your bike?
Mine is ….I can not tell right now.

I also had an elliptic machine at home, but my knee begins hurts after exercises, even after swimming sometimes. I hope after i will lost 30 pounds it will be easier.

For me the best way is bike and walking, even dancing and I will start to do it in the gym, lukely it is so close to me just 2 minutes by walking.:Angel_anim::party:

Now we are at hotel, and they have a little fitness room.

Yesterday I bought kitchen scales, so now I will know how much I eat.

In the hotel we are now there is no stove in a room, we have to eat boxes and go to restaurants. I love my soups and salads, I miss them a lot.

On Saturday we will come back home and I will be in my usual conditions, but I have already begun.:auto:

First day of my new life!

My first day!

I think I ate about 2000 calories.
I tried to count, but it is a little hard for beginning.

But I wrote down almost everything what I have eaten , and it is REALLY BIG DEAL for me!

I ate a little pistachios (20 gram) and amount nuts (14 grams), 1/3 of apple, and cookies they were offered to guests of the hotel and I was close.

I started my day amazing great with about 2 glasses of water, bananas (300 grams), apples (150), carrots(55) and plums.(140)

But after 12 I had two boxes one was 480 and then another with 320 .

I did not drink enough water, but this the key!

I did not walk today but I was able.

So it was my first day :

To get A grade for the day I should :

1Write down my food
Try to drink 8 glasses of water
Walk 45 minutes
Not to eat after 6 o’clock.

So I gave myself today B+, because I skipped Subway and had organic boxes, I WROTE what I ate and even had two glasses of water, for the first day I thing it is great!
