After steping foward do you want to lean down or do you want to stand up straight? My trainer told me to try to keep straight, but I was looking on youtube at some videos and it seems that they lean way foward.
So if you need to lean foward how many degrees?
I usually slide the pulley up to shoulder length, but I noticed some guys will go higher. Is there a greater benefit for the pulley to be at higher heights than shoulder length?
How far do I want my arms to come back? One guy told me to let them go back to get a stretch in my chest, but another said that I shouldn't go back past my shoulders. So which is it?
Also I'm not sure how to ask this question, but I'll try. I usually do one arm over and then switch to do the other arm over in one set. However, I notice other guys alternate with each arm in one set, but without changing legs out front and stepping forward again. Is this correct form?
Thanks
