Hey darlin

Don't know how much time I'm gonna have to post today, but just wanted to make sure to wish you a merry christmas, and to tell you to buy your husband a beer for me.

Just popping by to say that I hope that things are going well for you.

We are all being tempted at this time of year - and are just trying to keep a lid on things. Try your best - that is what I am doing. We can do no more.

Hi guys.. :)

I leave to pick up MaeMae in an hour and then we'll be off ta Super*Target, thank gosh! I'm so glad to have her help and get this OVER!!
LMBO! :D

Hubby will be off Sun-Wed. I'm sooooo glad he got Wed. off since C-Mas Day is so busy and just zaps you of all energy!

We can wake up Wed. whenever we want - stay in jammies - and play Rock Band as a family! :biggrinjester:

OooO, I can't wait to see Cory's face! I will share the pic with you guys bc he's gonna be shocked! He has NO clue!

He'll be shocked about his IPOD Nano to!

I can't wait for him to open it all! :hurray:

Hubby hasn't a clue what I got him either..At this point he thinks I'm waiting till the last minute or have forgotten..lol

He's got and IPOD Nano to open as well!

Seriously,

this has been one freakin' expensive C-Mas.. I'm going to have to get a temp job to help pay off credit card bills.

We have never been in debt, and we are not gonna start now!
We are the type of people that charge to gain good credit and to get out of the stores fast, but only charge what we can pay in full when the bill comes in.

This will be the first time in 14 years we will only be able to pay min. payment or a double payment. lol

I think once Cory goes back to school on Jan. 7th I'm going to design some eye catching flyers re: cleaning/organizing.
Kimberly has mentioned one time about cleaning for extra money. ;)

I'm sure people are not going to feel like scrub cleaning/putting away C-Mas/organizing directly after the holiday's.
Maybe I'll be able to do it for them?
*Fingers Crossed*

~Happy Friday Everyone!~

*Smoochies*

Oh that's a great idea about the cleaning! I know when I lived in Upstate NY over half the teachers had a lady that came into their houses to clean at least once a week. I couldn't afford it then, but I know people would save like crazy to have money to pay somebody to do it, so I'm most certain you will find people like that in your area also. Good Luck with it!
You mentioned Guitar family, what's that? Is it like guitar hero?

LOL Sneeker-Poo.. :biggrinjester: I said, Play Rock Band as a family. ;)

You stinker. :hug2:

Merry C-Mas Paul!! :hug2:

Just got every last bit of the groceries put away!!!

I'M FREEEEEEEEEEEEEE.......Heck Yes! It's over! :hurray:

BUT, when hubby leaves for work in a little over an hour, I have to get back out with every wacko known to man to finish C-Mas shopping! :(

I hope I find everything bc my goal is to finish tonight so I don't have to shop this weekend bc it'll be WAY WORSE! :puke:

lol

I'm pooped already and still have more to do. :svengo:

Glad you got the grocery shopping all done!! :hurray: :hurray:

I think the cleaning idea is great--you are definitely good at it. Also, take some flyers and put them in newspaper boxes in neighborhoods with expensive houses--that's the bulk of the client base. It's also a great way to get some exercise if you can park your car and walk. Some of them will want references, so if you know anyone who can vouch for you, that would be a bonus. People worry about strangers coming into their homes--theft, ya know. I wouldn't mention your OCD--just tell them you're a neat freak..:biggrinjester::biggrinjester:

Let me know if you need any help with anything in that respect. :)

I can't wait to see pics of Cory's reaction to the Rock Star game and IPOD!

My dad's boss donated a $25K piano to my dad's church. They had it delivered today, and the pianest (my old Sunday school teacher) doesn't know anything about it bc they wanted to surprise her. They've put the piano cover over it so that she won't realize it until she pulls it off to play it for the Christmas program rehearsal tomorrow. I wish I could be there to see her face. I bet she'll burst into tears of shock and joy to have such a beautiful piano.

I'll let ya know Kimberly. ;) Thanks!

That is so awesome re: the piano! Awwwwwww. :)

Hey Y'all.. :waving:

Man, I'm plum pooped!

Yesterday wore me out. My legs are super sore..lol

Got lots of walking in, that's for sure!

Didn't get home from C-Mas Shopping last night until 9PM!

While at the mall, I decided to make some extra laps. ;)

Town East Mall is huge {2 Levels}, so it was a good work-out..LMBO!

It was super hard not to stop at my favorite Iced Coffee Shope there though!

Man it smelled good and I wanted a large mocha frap badly!

They put brownie bits in, tons of whip cream, sprinkles, and choc. syrup..

I was proud I passed...lol

Super*Target took 2 hours and putting it all away took an hour.

I'm now FINISHED with Grocery Shopping/C-MAS Shopping!

So thankful.. :D

Last Challenge Weigh In Day:

Was..... 174.2 lbs.

Now.................. 175.8 {It's still tom as well..I'm bloated to. I can feel I'm retaining water.. I barely ate yesterday as well. Had 2 protein shakes - a snack - and then dinner was a WW Meal..}

:dupe: Who knows?

lol

Have A Great Saturday Everyone! :hug2:

You deserve a huge pat on the back for yesterday--I'm so impressed at all that you got accomplished: grocery shopping and all it entails, Christmas shopping, extra laps around the mall, resisting the coffee shop and the super fattening mocha frappe. Although with as little as you ate yesterday, you probably could have afforded the splurge. :D

Don't worry about your weight being up. You know it's just the wicked RHC messin' with ya. Mine was up today, too (well, down 1lb from yesterday, but still 3lbs higher than my lowest), but I can't blame it on RHC--only my weakness for cookies and peanut butter cups. :biggrinjester:

Thanks honey bun. ;)

:hug2:

MMMMMMMMM...Honey Buns...{Homer Moment}

:D

OMG, we rented the movie and loved it! Too funny! {The Simpson Movie}

*Spider Pig - Spider Pig - Does Whatever A Spider Pig Does* :biggrinjester:

Same here doll..

I have had plenty of cookies.. :svengo:

Too much fast food as well!

I haven't seen that movie yet, but it looks really funny. :biggrinjester:

Well, I'm sitting here in bed with my laptop sipping coffee while hubby and the cat snooze away next to me...lol. I want to get into the kitchen to start baking, but Mom is busy in it--finishing up, though. I've got more ANZAC biscuits to make, along with my pumpkin cake muffins, and a fresh fruit bowl. The fruit bowl should be easy b/c I bought everything pretty much all cut up at the supermarket last night. I just have to throw it all into a bowl. :D We're going to my uncle's today.

This time of year we shouldn't get too concerned about splurging on goodies as long as we get back on track after it's all over. :)

You will love it...lol :biggrinjester:

Yummy! That sounds great. ;)

I'm sooooooooo READY for the "food part" of C-Mas to be over with!

lol

Almost here and then it'll be over!

Whelp,

I'm outta here guys..

Gotta start all the C-Mas Scrub Cleaning even though I'm still pooped from yesterday.

Shouldn't take that long bc I've been able to keep things up well.

Once finished I'll take pics!!!

I got batteries at the store. :) {For the CAMERA!} :biggrinjester: HAHAHA!

I'll share them later tonight.

:hug2:

Hi Stacy

Well done for getting the shopping done. You should have worn your pedometer and seen how far you walked. I bet you walked miles.

You did really well at avoiding those treats when you were out.

We all go up weightwise when retaining water. My weight went up and I didnt have that good excuse.

I think that the cleaning idea is great. You would be so good at it. It sounds like Kimberly has some great ideas as to how you could find some great customers. I think that Kimberly is right about not mentioning OCD but saying that you have always been very houseproud - my pal with OCD felt that some people did not understand.

It really sounds like the fog is lifting for you - and you are sounding more like your old self. I am so pleased for you.

I am looking forward to seeing all these Christmas photos.

Take care
Love
Margaret
