Congrats on your Cory being such a hit, that must've had you bursting with pride.

To me it seems like Stacey sort of has the opposite problem, she sets goals and standards for herself and her house that are incredibly high and tiring. Stacey, a bit of bacteria never hurt anyone. Many of them are actually considered healthy to have in your environment, so possibly ease up on yourself when it comes to your cleaning standards? Sometimes it just doesn't matter. Not that I dont like to keep a clean house, but it tends to get messier during the week and I just let it go sometimes because I'm tired from work and it'll just have to wait til I get a day off. I will only push myself so far.

On the other hand, you're trying to fix what's making you unhappy and that's a great sign that you're not that far gone into your "hole" and you can work your way out. Not sure if its a "mental" thing or a sort of chemical thing like what happened to Bell. Too bad you didn't have access to the right doctor to figure it out.

Just go easy on yourself this holiday season Stacey :).

Thanks Kimberly.
You made me cry

You made her cry??? *sigh* Now, I gotta beat you up, kim...

{He is bass} He's 13

...

Cory was so awesome with his huge/booming/deep-manly voice.

Every time you talk about your boy, it makes me think more and more that he and I coulda been brothers. Bein a large individual at the age of 13, and already have a super deep voice. Next thing, you're going to tell me that he's already getting in some chest hair. Like Marty McFly, I would like to offer some advice to the young me. Get that boy interested and hooked on weight lifting now. Getting him hooked on lifting, and getting him to teach his brain / body to work closely together at that age is going to have nothing but super positive effects, and he'll be that much more ahead of everyone else his age (not only at sports, but in terms of muscles... curls for the gurls, baby).

From everything that I have read here, you sound like one of the best moms this kid could have, and he is lucky to have you.

James. :smilielol5:

So far, none on chest.. His legs are so harry you can barely see his skin...lol

I tell him I need to take the clippers and use a #2 on it..:smilielol5:

When he shaves, the very next day he already has a shadow again. His face is super sensitive like his dad so he can't shave everyday.

I've already had to talk to the school about this as well.

I told them he cannot do it everyday and to back off!
As long as he isn't scruffy or growing a beard, they need to just shut-up.

lol

His belly is pretty harry as well. lol

I just hope he doesn't get a harry back!

He reminds us of Robin Williams! HeeHee.

Thanks James for your suggestion. ;)

I will talk to him about that and he will most likely be thrilled. :D

Thanks so much for your sweet reply. :hug2:

Thanks Cita. :hug2:

********

I'm almost done w/coffee and I'll be dropping my baby girl off at groomers.
:leaving:

I already feel panic setting in...lol

:smilielol5:

My sweet girl is napping on the couch..If she only knew where I was about to take her..lol

I'll then be going to pick up mom and MaeMae.

Mom will go back home, but MaeMae will spend the night. {Heck Yes!}

Gonna be a busy day.

:waving:

Hi Stacy

Thanks for the card. It arrived while I was out walking today. I love the little stickers that you put on the envelope - they are so sweet and distinctive.

I am pleased that Cory did so well.

Try not to panic too much about Zu-zu - I know - easy for me to say. She is only having done what needs to be done. She always forgives you for it.

Enjoy spending time with MaeMae.

Take care
Love
Margaret

:waving: Howdy Stacy,

I will be a better supporter!***HUGGS***TAMMY

Glad you enjoyed Cory's concert--proud mama. :)

Don't feel bad about taking ZuZu to the groomers. It needs to be done--and it's for her benefit. It's just like when I have to take my cats to the vet. They are very vocal about their displeasure and try to escape. But it has to be done for their own good. And like ZuZu, they always forgive. I think they have short memories. So please don't stress out about it--you have enough stress without adding to it needlessly.

Blancita--that was kind of my point--Stacy tends to blow up little things into bigger issues than they are. And then she gets all upset about it when she shouldn't. That's why I was suggesting making small, achievable goals for herself, and to break up the shopping so that it isn't a massive, stressful undertaking. There are so many things that I see her stress out over that she shouldn't be. Stress is not good--so the more of it you can eliminate, the better. Taking one's dog to the groomer or grocery shopping shouldn't be stressful. She is a worry wort and needs to stop worrying about things that don't exist. I mean this in the most helpful way. :)

Don't feel bad about the pizza, girl. Last night I ate a big plate of nachos, an entire bad of popcorn (not the 100cal size, either!), and a few other naughty things. Bad, bad, BB...:D Oh well. Today is another day.

So Glad you got the card Margaret. I worried that I may have messed up on the postage! lol :hug2:

Hi ya Tammy! :hug2: You're always a great support!

Thanks Kimberly. :hug2:

****
ZuZu is sooooooo beautiful and smells so super great!

I just can't stop kissin' her..lol :biggrinjester:

She was so pooped yesterday and I think still pooped from bein' so stressed yesterday. My poor angel.

I had a great time with Chrisy and Mom.

Mom and I ended up getting out and going to Kohls for their huge sale bc hubby couldn't stand it and gave me my C-Mas money early!

lol...He knew I wanted to get some more C-Mas/Winter collections since they were havin' such a big sale.

Most stuff I got was 70% off!!

I got the cutest stuff and when I get batteries for my camera, I'll take pics!

Wait till you see the Winter/C-Mas Plates/Dishes I got! Too Cute!

I still have some money left and will hit another sale I learn about. :biggrinjester:

lol

We ended up coming home earlier than planned bc I started while out!

All I had on me was a panty liner and in no way is that good enough!..LMAO!

Once home I ended up with massive cramps as well.

At least I got my wish!! I will now be through by C-Mas! :hurray:

******

Only up to 2 hrs. 30 mins of exercise so far for the week and food has been take out and horrible.

Why?

I STILL have not made it to the store.

:biggrinjester:

Maybe one day....lol

I'm too low on energy today to mess w/it bc of RHC, so maybe tomorrow I hope?

No take out tonight.

We will have soup and salad.

:grouphug:

Have A Great Day Everyone.

I'm glad you had a great day with your family and got some awesome shopping deals. I have to get my ass to Kohl's, too. I've been putting it off for weeks, even though I love that store. :D

Hey--2.5hrs of exercise is good. You should be proud of yourself. :hurray:

Take out isn't necessarily bad. Don't worry too much about it.

And now here's your kick in the butt for the day--get your cute little tush to the supermarket. :D

Big, wet TLD kisses! *smooch*

Hey Stac!
How you doing today? Hope it's all good.
I have never had a dog that had to go to the groomers. Always had a Heinz 57. And either they were short haired or lived outside to begin with.
Sounds like Corey's concert was AWESOME!
Isa had a concert last week. The kids were all so cute singing their Christmas songs.
Well I would write more but dinner is cooking, dogs are barking to be let in and I need to get ready for the Secret Sis party.
Ya I got the book done and it looks gorgeous! I wish that you could see it but since it's not my kid in the book I won't be posting any pics. :biggrinjester:
Oh well......you'll just have to take my word of it.
Have a good night, sweetie!

Hey TX Sunshine!! You know I already love ya for sending me that beautiful card, your so wonderful as I mentioned in my PM to you! But I want to say it out loud, because you are so special! And if you ever get down for doing 2.5 hrs of exercise again, I'm going to drive my ass to your house and pinch your butt! That's more than I got last week, so be happy, I'm proud of you for doing that, that's 2.5 hours out of your already crazy week, and to me during this time of year every second you can save is good. We are all busy and going nuts, so don't think for one second that I'm not dropping by because you've done something, because you haven't, I truly miss coming in here everyday to give you my props and keeping you motivated, but my butt is so far behind with everything at home, shopping (XMAS) decorating, visiting relatives, gym time I don't have time to breath, but I'll do my best to get back by here before the end of the week, because you mean a lot to me and I'm happy your here!! Now don't you forget it!!!!!!!!!!!!
HUGS TO YOU!:grouphug:
Sneeker Poo

Thanks Kimberly - Bell - & Kim. :hug2:

I finally drug out all of the coupons and clipped them and made out the list.

Took 3 hours!

That was including having to search through all of my C-Mas Binders for all of the recipes for the things I'll be making.

I will go to the store tomorrow.

Sorry I have not visited diaries..I just don't have it in me right now.

Please do not feel like you "have" to post here...OK Guys?

I understand.

:waving:

Dear Diary:

Mini Goals/Goals I would like to accomplish after the Christmas Holiday/and for the start of the New Year - 2008!

*I will be sticking w/the Biggest Loser Calorie Counting/Weight-Loss Program*
{I have all the materials/I will be doing a review/re-reading where needed.}

My Goals for the New Year:
I have to make an appointment to see the specialist re: all of my chemical disorders. They have been causing a lot of emotional problems/depression with me the past few months.
I hate going bc it's like pulling teeth to get them to actually listen to me and my needs. You are so often treated like cattle; they want to herd you in/out and just give you high powered drugs.
My body does not respond to that and most often the only thing my body will accept are antibiotics.

I'm hoping maybe something new is out that can help me?
I have felt so close to having a real nervous breakdown, and who wants that?

I may also try to find an herbalist doctor.

Once this is accomplished, I think I will be stronger to really have success with weight-loss/exercise.

I'm back to gaining again and my fire has went out.
I need it back asap!

I'm fed up with the up/down yo-yo.
I want my life back.
I want to be healthy and I also want to feel/look great!

Pictures just do not show the problems.
I would have to be nakie in order for all of my problems to be visible.
I'm 5'8 with long legs/arms, so it's easy to hide everything under clothes.

I need to lose every bit of the 40 lbs. even though the pics of me may not show it.

I have serious belly fat: bulge/look preggy

My inner thighs/legs are the worst they have ever been.
There hasn't been a space there 4-ever.
Very chunky/fatty

I have rolls in my mid-section.

My hips/bootie are way out of shape and large.
I'm currently a tight size 14 - waist is 35"
{My husband has a 34" waist!}

My face is full w/2nd chin.

I want to get rid of all this unhealthy garbage - get in shape - feel great - & look great.

Once C-Mas is over I will go through the house once again to get rid of all the junk and bad choices that have once again found a spot/shelf.

The biggest goal for me is to become/stay active!! That is a must.

My plan is to work in a 3 wk pattern.
{I was trying to mix it up too much and that got me confused and dreading stuff and then I just gave up completely.}

Everything below will be done for 3 weeks and then I'll move to the next thing for 3 wks. and so on:

1st Routine - 20 mins. Mat Pilates
Brisk Walks

2nd - Circuit Training w/Weights
High Cardio/Denise Austin Dance Mix

3rd - Brisk Walks
Light Cardio w/Weights

Start from the top and repeat.

I hope to be able to change things up at a later time if I can get my hands on a used spin bike/exercise bike and maybe one day I can afford to join the Y or something.

My first Mini Goal is to see the 60's by Feb!

2nd Mini Goal : Reach the 50's and this will then help me to get a clear picture of what my goal weight should be.
145 or 135..
We'll see once I reach the 50's.

I would love to be a 9/10 again, but I can live with being an 11/12 as well.

Lastly,

Since the house will be a mess once it's time to put up C-Mas, I'm going to go through ALL of my storage bins and donate all of my small clothes.

This is more of a mental thing for "me."

I need to let go of Little Ms. Skinny Stacy bc I may not ever be like that again. I'm tired of looking at those things and hoping.

Some things are a 7/8. Others are a 9.

Those things just put too much pressure on me and styles have changed anyway.

My main reason for this is to "treat" myself with new clothes each time I reach a goal point with my weight.

I will donate all of the old stuff {that still looks brand new mind you}, to the Battered Women's Shelter.

Most of all:

I have got to work on and learn how to accept myself and love myself which is something I have NEVER done.

This means it's time for me to get back on track with my faith which is a non-denominational Christian.
I will start off with re-reading one of my favorite books by Joyce Meyer: Me & My Big Mouth.
I will start at home first with prayer - bible study - watching Joyce everyday on T.V.
{During this I hope Cory will take interest again. I will never force or make him do anything bc He will be 14 and is his own person.}

Once I'm doing well, I will then start searching for a church home again.

I really feel that I have had such a hard time and just keep going in circles bc I gave up on the Lord and was bitter/angry bc of my past and so many other issues.

I need the Love of God back in my life.
I need to renew myself in Him.

I hope to shine and glow for all of the positive reasons above in 2008 and for the rest of my life.

I absolutely LOVE THIS LAST POST of yours, WOW it was so nice reading it, because I can relate to the way you look at your own body. What a great expression of your view.

And one thing, you mentioned your waist was 35 and your H is 34, Sweetness my H is like a 31, and all muscle, when I stand next to him I look like ATILA the HUN, so don't even go there. LOL LOL

Your wonderful and I have no doubt that after the holiday's you'll be kicking all these issues out the door. YOU GO GIRL!! stay strong, and keep writing!
Love
Kim

:grouphug: Thanks Sneeker-Poo.

<3 Ya!

*********

Wow, it's Thursday already and there are only 5 days till C-Mas! :svengo:

Mind Blowing! :willy_nilly:

I still have to make time to get to the mall for Cory's last gift-
{Stocking Stuffer/Hot Topic Gift Card} - I have to get hubby's gifts - and I have to pick up the last minute stocking stuffers for my families stockings.
{parents/siblings}

Today is Super*Target for me though.. :svengo:

I will have 2 buggy's and it will be tons of work!

We are out of everything, plus I will have the C-Mas foods to.

It'll probably be 2 1/2 hrs. of shopping and then it'll take a long time to unload and get everything put away.

At least I will get a lot of walking in today, as well as climbing our stairs several times w/all of the unloading.

Busy day!

~*Happy Thursday Everyone!*~

Hi Stacy

It is great that you are planning the next steps in your campaign.

When you get rid of your old clothes - limit it to the ones that you would not wear because of fashion. I now really regret a lot of the old clothes that I gave away to charity. I seriously thought that some size changes were impossible that I have attained - and I am beginning to almost believe that anything is possible.

Dont forget to try and read up on cognitive therapy. There is no medication involved (so need not be expensive or mess with your body).

Maybe getting more involved with religion will open the door to you meeting new people and making new friends. I hope so.

Take care
Love
Margaret

Thanks Margaret. :hug2:

No Super*Target today.. lol :D

I didn't feel like messing w/it by myself bc of RHC and my back already bein' sore.
So, I was going to pick Cory up from school and have him help me.
Well, he's not feeling well. He has a really bad sinus headache.

I called my lil MaeMae and she has plans w/friends tonight but said she'll go w/me and help me tomorrow.

I will pick her up at 12:30PM :hurray:

Cory gets out early tomorrow for C-Mas Break..Won't go back till Jan. 7th! :hurray:

He's gonna ride his bike to school bc he's gonna hang out with friends after school.

His B-Day is on Jan. 5th {a Sat.} so this works out great!
Usually he goes back to school on the 5th and that has always stunk! lol

Hey there girlie!
It is so good to hear you have a plan for the future. I think that having a plan is going to be your best defense. Especially since you have the OCD thing going on! LOL
Me........plans don't work. I am too much of a fly by the seat of my pants kinda girl.
I have been known (before kids) to just up and go somewhere on the whim of a moment and not even wait until the next morning to start the trip. I would just pack and go.
I think that is my biggest struggle with my new healthy lifestyle. Cuz' I really need to be more pro-active to my food choices (planning out meals and such) instead of reactive (waiting until it is like a hour before supper and then figureing it all out).
I am also happy to hear that you are going to get back into the Word. I think that it will do you so much good. As in the movie "Message in a bottle" it will truly help you to always find your way home, your true North.
I know that you have already stated in an earlier post that you were just basically going to throw the towel in on this particular round of weight-loss and just eat what you wanted during the Holidays. If I could only say one thing about that...........don't throw it in too far. You have accomplished soooo much. You can still have what you want, if all you do is eat in moderation and be mindful of portion sizes.
That is all I am going to say about that..........My Forest Gump moment. :)
Other than that I hope that tomorrow goes well for you getting all the groceries. And that Corey feels better soon.
Catch ya later Sweetie!

I love how you seem to be motivated again. That is fantastic! :hurray::hurray:

Now just don't be too hard on yourself if you indulge over the holidays. Just do the best you can, and then when the new year hits, you'll be back on track. I love your plan you spelled out. I think it is sensible and achievable.

That's my Sugar Lips. :grouphug::grouphug:

Did you notice Kimberly that when all this went down I started 3 days later?

I must be in this new PMS funk :icon_bs:

I have never really had that before.?.

:toetap05:

BTW you guys, I never said I was gonna go hog wild.. :piggy:

lol

Just doin' things like baking cookies - makin' fudge - stuff like that bc of the holidays.

I hope once I am really strong and learn how to have will power, those things won't matter to me around the holiday's any longer bc I will have had so much success.

I do have a feeling though that I will pig out at C-Mas. :piggy:

I will try not to, but hey.. I've been pretty screwed up lately so I can't make any promises to me or anyone else..lol
