OMG..I'm so tired and I hurt in places I didn't even know I had.. :smilielol5:

No joke, I stood in the kitchen from 1 PM - 6:30PM chopping and cooking..

I'm beyond freakin' tired. :svengo:

Oh well... It was SIN day after all.

RHC made it VERY hard on me today.. I had horrible cramps all day while doin' all the kitchen work. :smash:

Star: Kinda havin' two TG.. Cory and I will go to Golden Corral w/hubby's family..{Hubby works}.. Since I ate great today, I'm stickin' to the salad bar and will be good.
Once at his sisters house, I will NOT eat any desserts.
Just not worth it to me bc of the HFC Syrup - Sugar - Cals - Fat

The one that will be the MOST hard for me is passin' up the pecan pie.

I will just keep tellin' myself that 1 normal small slice is 500 cals!

I will just imagine all those pie tins full of human fat... :smilielol5:

That should do it I hope! This is the first fall/holiday I have not baked like a mad woman and I'm very proud of myself for not giving in.

I can eat my weight in sweets let me tell ya!

I have put an awesome Foot Spa with jets and all kinds of goodies on my C-Mas Wish List. :D It even heats the water.

Why don't they call it a Feet Spa since you use both? LMAO! :p

Your T-day sounded good--you know what would've been fun? If I could've come over and cooked with ya. OOOhhh it's TLD, ya know--we could've cooked up something in the kitchen and had fun with all those veggies before they got chopped up! hahaha. :biggrinjester: Well, I could've--no :reddevil: for me yet--I'm hoping he waits until tomorrow night so I don't have to deal with it at my uncle's tomorrow. :puke:

why don't they call it FEET spa?? it's like, how my mom is determined to keep calling multiple pairs of pants "pantses" (ie- "can you get my pantses out of the dryer?" WHO SAYS THAT?! i just don't know! lol)

what type of restaurant is this Golden Corral? it sounds like Chinese food. Don't ask me why, cause i have no clue... it's like, why don't they serve Haggis or something at McDonalds? Doesn't the "Mc" make them Irish or Scottish? some people... lol nonetheless, you go to to that restaurant and you show 'em whose boss! are you going to bring anything to have for dessert? maybe that way you won't be too tempted to much on pie...

I havent been in your diary for a few days. I looked in a couple of days ago and saw that you were going to be busy and off-forum for a couple of days so I thought that I would leave it before making a comment.

I hope that you had lots of fun in your family celebrations (that certainly seems to have been the case) and that you enjoy the general festivities with extended family and friends.

It's a shame that it has been marred by cramps etc. It is good that happened towards the end of your husbands time off and not the start.

General comments (for what they are worth) on things that I notice in your diary since I was last in touch:

I understand your lack of faith in a society that allows people to have so little - but in my opinion that is precisely why we should all vote. We have a right to say how we believe our society should be run. If we do not stand up and be counted - our views will never be heard or listened to. I am positive that the USA will be like England. Our ancestors had to fight so that normal people had the right to vote - before then it was purely male landowners that had any say in how things were run.

If you do not have faith in those running for election then others may not have faith in them too - consider standing yourself for council or similar. It can be a good way of getting your opinions heard and listened to. Even if not elected you might influence others who are.

You certainly seem to be getting Christmas out early. I am no-where close to getting Christmas out here yet.

For a "sin day" I dont think that you were too sinful. I think that you will get good news at the scales this week - especially if you do not succumb and you follow the plan at the meal out. If you find yourself having another "sin day" - forgive yourself.

I know that you will be very busy today - but maybe a short walk with Zu-zu will help the cramps. Sometimes a little light exercise helps these things - if only you can bring yourself to do some.

BRRRRRRRRRR....It's 38* with a very chilly wind.

First time we've had ta turn the heater on... lol

I'm drinkin' coffee & tryin' ta pry my eyes open...lol

We have ta be at Golden Corral at 1:30PM..

It takes me 4-ever to wake up and then I have ta shower/get dressed..
(That's why I'm up so early)

I was so pooped yesterday, I actually went to bed at 11PM! That hasn't happened in about 6 mo! Man, that felt great!

(Golden Corral: Country Buffet - On holidays they have traditional meals on the buffet.)
