Wow Stacy, that was intense!!! I think your speech was the right thing to do and you made excellent points. A shame the visit wasn't a relaxing one, but life always throws ya for a loop, doesn't it??? And what a horrible accident. Yes, I was also thinking about all the celebrities who have received DUIs this year, and I remember thinking about how dumb it is for rich people to drink and drive--trust me, NO ONE should at all, but c'mon--pay for that taxi! I posted this in Steve's journal as a joke, but I realized something--at least Rick James had a driver for when HE went out!

Work-Out Plans 4 the Day:

- 2 laps around pond @ park

- Go up/down hill @ park as many X as I can

- Walk ZuZu

- Circuit Training

********Mini Goal Today******** Accomplish all of that!

:flame: RHC is on the way, so I need to work-out asap and as much as possible.

I think it may be a bad/painful one bc when my face breaks out, that is warning of a bad one. My boobies are soooooo sore this time as well dern-it!

My jaw-line is broke out in those horrible knotted ones! BARF! Makes me feel so ugly! My face is always clear, so this makes me sick.

I'm doin' a facial now... (Scrubbed face - covered my face is pure Vit-E..I buy the liquid gels and pop them to place Vit-E all over face.)

Only thing that works 4 me RE: bad break-outs.

I gotta make sure to get in LOTS of water today as well..

Food will be fine--Already planned out. ;)

BL is tonight as well so that always inspires me to keep pushin' forward when things start gettin' on my nerves or if I feel lazy/run down bc of tom coming.

HAVE A GOAL REACHIN' DAY EVERYONE! :hug2:

You already did one circuit training right?? What did you think of it?? Sounds like you have awful aunt flo visits, or are you talking about a different thing??HUGS!! My breast get tender to during that time, that's usually a first indication for me. LOL and then I spot lightly for a few days, then WELLA here she is......

I was just wondering, have you ever tried those Tylenol Menstrual pills? Or is it Midol?? I can't remember, I just know some people have told me those help.

I would love to get outside right now and take a walk around the pond, OH YOUR LUCKY!!! I hope it's gorgeous out there and just suck in all that fresh air and nature. ENJOY!!

I did 40 mins pilates instead yesterday bc RA was botherin' me..My joints were super sore.

Feelin' better today so it'll be the first time w/circuit training in a long time...lol

This is what I'll be doin' when you see Circuit Training posted. :)

Beginner-LEVEL for 3 weeks..

*Warm Up* 5 mins.

- 12-15 Push-Ups

- 12-15 Body Weight Squats w/3 lb. weights

- 12-15 Shoulder Press w/3 lb. weights]

- 12-15 Repeat Body Weight Squat - no weights

- 12-15 Biceps Curl w/3 lb. weights

- 5 mins. Walking Lunges

- 12-15 Chair Dips (Sit on edge of chair - Grasp edge of seat - legs extended out in front of me/ankles crossed - Lower hips to floor - Push Back Up)

- 12-15 Dumbbell Row

- 12-15 Standard Lunges

- 7 mins. Crunches

*Cool Down*

WOW, that sounds like a great Circuit program!! way to go on finding that and being able to do that on our own. AWESOME!!

I used to use Midol as a teenager, but luckily since the boys my visit isn't that bad at all, only day one.

I left a funny little mini story in Ms Sugar Booty's diary if you get chance to read it, I just love Sheryl, you know if I was a kid on her block I would be hanging out on her porch all the time, hoping she would take me in.

The school was so mad at me today bc I called to make sure he did make it and was in first period.
