Wow, Stacy, those neighbors are something else, I tell ya! I'm pretty sure babysitters are required for kids under 14, what the feezy? I can't believe those kids are dumb enough to almost get hit by a few cars, shit, when I was a kid I listened for cars, fuckin A man! But those parents.....are crazy! 7 and 9?!?! How many hours were they gone?!?! Ok glad you told them whuddap, but I have to say I was laughing when you said you might be in jail last night after talking to them--it wasn't supposed to be funny but I was like, DAMN! She means business! Sorry you didn't get your workout in, but hey, the weight sounds great! Keep it up my dear and have a great day! :D

Good Morning Sunshine!! I know what you mean about not eating really good nutritious food yesterday, I did the same thing, so don't feel bad!! But, I did take a few days off, because I needed it in a big way, but today, like you I feel a bit sluggish, and I'm sure it's because I haven't worked out in now 4 days, WOW :eek: Needless to say I can't WAIT to get to the gym tonight, I need to REJUVENATE myself. LOL LOL We had gorgeous weather over the weekend, how was yours?? I'm so happy your getting your walk in today, it's a perfect day for that! I think it's supposed to be in the upper 70's here, I wish I had the day off to enjoy it, DARN IT!! Oh well, I'll just dream as I look out my office window and look forward to Friday, when I actually did take the day off. I'm only on a short break, so I better get going so at least I can get through a few more diarys. CHOW MY TX FRIEND!!
HUGS!

Hi ya Steve! ;)

~~~
Hi ya Val.. :)
LOL...I'm just glad they kept their mouths shut and didn't smart off.
I did talk to the manager today and she said a reminder of the rules will be posted on their door with everything highlighted..
She is also going to add a personal note that the TX State Law says children 12 and older are allowed to be left home alone ; no younger.
I really don't need another insomnia night... I have so much that needs to get accomplished tomorrow!
I truly feel a "wig out" comin' if I don't get it all done..
Gosh I wish I was normal! :rolleyes:
Nite-Nite :hug2:
:sleeping:
Ah Hon I'm sorry you have these panic attacks and bouts of insomnia. It seems like you're very stressed....I can only suggest relaxation techniques that may not work for ya! My advice is pretty shitty, but you didn't ask for it and I'm giving it to you!
--quit caffeine, or reduce to like, 1 cup coffee or 2 cups tea
--don't drink alcohol in excess
--meditate, do yoga, chant, Ohm...
--breathe exercises in bed
--read a pretty boring book in bed before sleep
--don't exercise 2 hours before sleep
I don't have any other bits of advice for sleeping, and whenever I can't sleep it's usually because my minds racing with thoughts or extreme feelings, or I drank too much caffeine and/or alcohol. I suppose this may have to do with your nervous-ness, too. Have you talked to a doctor? Anyway, I hope you sleep well!! :hug2:
Hi Stacy
Add to Curvie Gurlie's list:
burn oils
massage
not long before bed have one of following:
warm milk
turkey / chicken sandwich
- these are converted into an ameno acid called tryptophan which helps build serotonin - which regulates sleep patterns and mood.
Take extra care
Love
Margaret
Hey darlin'
Good to hear about the manager doin her part. have you heard/seen anything since then?
How's guitar hero working out? One of my friends just told me she has DDR for her PS2, and she did it like, everynight and lost a ton of weight... i'm considering adding it to my christmas list... either that or getting it on my own before then because i have no patience at all... i love christmas! i'm getting so excited already and halloween hasn't passed yet.
strange thing about the candy. my parents have a house, but we're at the bottom of a hill, and for some reason, all the kids go to the top of the hill for halloween and no one comes to the bottom. oh well, more candy for my dad i suppose...
anyways, have a great day!! :waving:
