Glad you got your forum all finished. I'll have to pop over there and check it out when I get a chance. :)

How's it going today? Did you work out? I'm probably not going to today since I feel so yucky. But, we'll see how I feel tonight. I've only got 45min left to go until I get my 3hrs in for the week, so I'm not sweating it. I can do that at the gym tomorrow or Friday easily enough.

That is NOT too much over! Trust me. It'll help you maintain muscle and lose weight. Hell, I got 172g of protein on Saturday!! That 86g is the MINIMUM. You could eat 130g and be fine--as long as your protein is lean and you're not eating a lot of fatty stuff.

I would be more concerned about your lack of water intake. :D

No wonder you were hungry--1200 cals is nothing. :)

I think that Kimberly is right about the protein and water - and it really sounds like you are having too few calories. It doesnt mean that you lose weight quicker. It can slow things down.

Try not to let yourself get to the stage of feeling really starving. For one thing it is not a nice feeling, and more importantly sometimes when you are not feeling strong and you get that feeling you can eat the first thing that you find. This might not be a wise choice.

You do much better by having a little healthy snack before you ever get to that stage - so that you never get to be really starving.

I am glad to hear that your Thursday is going to be filled with exercise. It is good for your weight loss project and we want our team to get the points.

I'm still tired and worn out, but I'm eating all my protein and getting plenty of rest. This cold really sucks!

I drank no water at all.. Just coffee/tea/Diet DP's

I still drink those but now also the water.

It must be bc I've had no proper sleep in weeks bc of insomnia.

Start to finish time with cleaning: 1 hr. 30 mins.

Dang it! I wanted everything finished today.

Oh well, it'll all be here tomorrow waiting for me. lol

I really feel zombified at the moment. :smilielol5:

 
Girl, you need to get your ass to bed if it isn't already there. I don't know how you can survive on so little sleep. Maybe you should switch to decaf coffee and drink caffeine free diet pop. That caffeine cannot be helpful. :)
