I am new here, but I am currently 185 and looking to get down to 135.

I have started a serious promise to myself to reach my target weight by thanksgiving.

What I am currently doing:
1. eating less carbs

2. drinking alot of water

3. working out after work

4. taking natural supplements,(natural I think is important)The other stuff I have tried at walgreens, does something wierd to my system.

I weighed myself this morning and I am at about 181 right now, lets see if I make it. 4 Pounds not bad for being a week.
