Boy, I've missed you guys a bunch!

THANK GOODNESS :flame: left early this evening.

I had a break for a while but as regulars here know, I have had A LOT of female probs.. :willy_nilly:

Seems the bad/long cycles are back that just knock me on my butt.
(NO energy, horrid cramps, and so on.)

The insomnia has really been bad this week.
I'm up late again bc today I took a 3 hour nap bc my allergy meds knocked me out. lol (I had a horrible attack this morning.)

I have had some depression to deal w/as well.
I'm just so dog gone tired of never gettin' a break on anything!
Then, I felt so horribly ugly this week bc I guess my hormones/cycle decided I wasn't already going through enough so my face broke out like I was 15:rolleyes:
For cryin' out loud I'm still trying to heal it all up and have several KNOTS on my jawline. Dang they are painful.

What the heck man?!

My RA is starting to give me a break thank goodness.
I have had a lot of vertigo issues tho bc of the vision probs.

I've just been a mess. :blush5:

1st doc app. will be getting the 2nd opinion on my eyes and the 2nd will have to be the obgyn. She will probably still want me to have the hysterectomy.

Enough of all that..Moving on.. :)

I have had the best bible studies this week and it's bc of those that I did not pull my hair out and just crawl in a hole. lol

It works out perfect since I go to the store on Sunday..lol..

I'm 86in the Step Diet since I can't do it 'exact'..
Too much comes up in my life and I have to have 'exercise options' on days I may not be able to walk.
Plus, I'm excited about some new home exercises featured in Prevention.
Man, I dig that magazine! Just love it!

I dusted off my trusty old RS Food Mover and have all of those tools ready ta go for Monday/Challenge. ;)

I'll also be headed to Half Price Books this weekend in hopes of finding the Flat Belly Diet Book/Cookbook.. Prevention just goes on and on about it and I'm interested to 'check it out.'
If it doesn't end up being a 'fad', I'll probably buy everything.
They have nice comfy chairs there so I can sit and read a while and thumb through the info to see if it's just full of bull. hahahaha!

I'm sorry I can't catch up with ya all now, but it's just too late and my eyes are starting to hurt.

And SOON YOU WILL GET A BREAK ON STUFF you just see!!! :cheers2: I'm not sure if you have ever seen that movie.....THE SECRET...but if you haven't I would strongly suggest that you watch it!!! You can watch a free 20 mins online if you google the Secret Documentary!!! ......

Man, I'm so happy to be out of the 190's AND I can't wait to say good-bye to the 180's!!

I have been super busy today and I'll have a busy day tomorrow to with exercise/errands, but I'll try to catch up in all of your J's soon!

thanks for the challenge encouragement. And congrats on the loss. I am looking be be in ht e 200 club very soon. today starts out great as i learn that am 3 lbs shy of being in the 200s. so exciting. have fun with this challenge!

By the end of this challenge, we'll be in the 170s. Maybe even past it! :D
 
hehe i know exactly what you mean about the insomnia
i havent a clue how late i was up last night.
fortunately i didnt have any engagements other than my exercise routine
to worry about.
hope your doing well^^
