Stacey's Progress - 17 weeks in and 16kgs down... Before and Middle

Hi Everyone,


Well after 5 weeks it's time for my next photo update.


I'm down from 82kgs to 66kgs, still a long way to go as my goal is at least 55kgs.


The last 2 weeks have been tough as my body is obviously getting used to my routine and won't drop the weight.


I'm on meal replacement shakes and using a crosstrainer when I can (work has been so busy).


I know that after a certain time your weight loss plateau's but now is the worst time as I'm going on holiday in 3 weeks! Any suggestions?


1st Photo: 78.5kg (29th June)

2nd Photo: 74.3kg (30th July)

3rd Photo: 70.6kg (3rd Sept)

4th Photo: 66kg (8th Oct)

Thank you! :D I still feel ugly though unfortunately.

Ate less, exercised more. I eat A BUNCH of oatmeal. I love oatmeal, so I don't mind eating it, especially since there are so many flavors.


Btw should I repost my thread? I had took everything down :/
 
hey very nice :) awesome progress!! but how do u survive on meal replacement shakes...I once tried but failed cos food is food...cant get satiety value....but anyways very good progress!! u lookin amazin gal !!
 
1800Lose, I'm exactly the same, people keep saying I should be so happy with how much I've lost but all I see is how far I have to go so don't feel proud... feel a bit stupid for letting it get so bad!
I don't eat at all now, just on my shakes, don't really miss food cause though... kinda see it as evil now lol even though it was just me going crazy on the bad things.
You need to put your posts back up!!! Show it off! And help inspire other people... I can't believe I put my photos up.. AND I'M IN UNDERWEAR! So if I can do it, you SHOULD do it!


OneLifeToLive - Thank you! I love the shakes cause they're yum and filling... and I am trying to lose the weight as fast as possible... when I'm tempted by food, I think about how I'll feel the next day when I jump on the scales!

Ha isn't it funny though? You know you look better but at the same time you don't feel like it?

But I'm telling you the truth, you look hot!!! If I was out somewhere and saw you I wouldn't hesitate to say something :). I might need to try those shakes too lol.
 
Genesis2011 - Thanks, wishing my legs would shrink more so I can get into nice shorts and dresses! But happy I don't have much of a pregnant belly now.

1800Lose - Yes and it sucks! I will be happy when I lose another 7kgs and I'm not longer classed as "OVERWEIGHT". When guys try chatting me up, I think what's wrong with them lol
The shakes are good but you can only get them in Indonesia! That's where I live... but I think any meal replacements shakes would do the trick, just check the calories in them. How much more weight do you want to lose?
 
Haha cause I have an awesome life over here! You seriously don't have to lose that much! And don't forget, muscle weighs more than fat!

Yea that's true. And if Indonesia is that good, I might go there one day haha. Especially for the shakes.
 
lol you can look them up online... it's called WRP. In the morning I use 2 sachets with banana yogurt, nescafe coffee, cinnamon, water and ice... it's sooooo good! really thick and filling, makes around 650mls. Then I have a cookie from the pack around late morning, late afternoon I have another shake in the "2Go" box and another cookie and that's me done for the day!

In total I have around 700calories per day... if I'm really hungry though, I will have another shake which makes it 900calories.


Worst thing is now, the weight won't come off! I've his a plateau and it won't budge... getting me very depressed because I'm about to go on holiday!!!
 
you may be stalling in the weight loss because your body needs more calories. Women should have no less then 1200 calories a day.

I have thought that, but it worked for me for 15 weeks! I am trying to have another shake throughout the day now to step it up a little and will see how that goes, also I'm now drinking 3lt's of water everyday. I have 3 weeks until I go away and need to drop a few more kgs!!!
 
Beutiful progress,

Sometimes weight on the scales stays the same or some times goes up but don't panic that is no problem, when Fat percentage goes down thats important, keep your protein high, prevent muscle loss the more muscle you build or have the more fat you gonna Burn ;)



patience is a virtue it will reward you.
