Srry for the ab question...

the muscles in my body are gaining i guess at a pretty good speed compared to before i started working out... thing is... i do sit up ands crunches and legpulls but i have barely noticed a difference in how much my abs seem to bulge out...

i heard about using a dumbell, but when i tried i only felt more strain on my back .....how do i make em more bullgy
 
It's going to be about dropping your bodyfat. A person can do a million and one assorted crunches and never see any results. Get that bodyfat down and presto
Exactly.

Abs will appear at a low BF%, usually 10% or so. So unless they are very underdeveloped, when you get down to a low BF, they will appear.
 
if you think you're skinny, you might need to change up your ab routine. Your body is smart and it will get used to what you throw at it eventually if you throw the same exercises at it.

Try:

Hanging leg lifts, decline bench crunches, bicycle crunches, medicine ball crunches, medicine ball crunches (you can have a partner throw the ball at you as you lower your upper body to the ground, then as you're moving up throw it at him.), and then you can add weight to all of these. I suggest you do ass weight. Just grab a 5 or 10 lb plate and hold it at your chest while you do the crunches or w/e you decide to do. Instead of doing 50 crunches, try doing 20 weighted...
