Well I havent written in here for a long time, Ive been very busy at spark people, its an awesome program. Well to catch up, I havent been going to the gym for about a week *eek*:eek: but its because Ive been house sitting 2 peoples houses and there are ALOT of animals to take care of. Thats finished as of today, so Im definetly going to the gym tomorow, (already made plans with my gym buddy so I cant back out :p ). Well Ill see how things go, and check in tomorow.
 
Wow today at they gym I did Tia Bo(sp) and that is a great work out! I also went and seen "Accepted" at the theater, and it is sooo funnny, :D .Today was a great day I drank 8+ glasses of water and stayed within my callorie range. The spark people thing is a great website! There are so many articles and things to read, and mini goals you can set for yourself, as well as food callorie counters and exersize callorie counters, its great.

It seems like we have pretty similar goals! I'm 21, and was 180 for a long time and now I'm 168, like you. You're doing really great:D

Hey thats neat, Kino, how tall are you? And how long have you been working at loosing weight?
Today at work there was a Lunch and Learn, where this guy came in and discussed Pre-anestasia(sp) testing, it was fairly interesting, but the bad part was that for lunch we had Pizza! Pizza is my weakness, I could eat it all day, mmmm. So I did go a "wee" bit overboard and I had 3 slices, really 2 should have been fine, but it was pizza and I havent had it in sooo long. I did say no to pop that they were offering, so kudos for me :) , lol. So im a bit over my calorie limit for the day. I went to the gym again today, and this time we tried a weight watchers work out video, it is WAY easier than tia bo, and it only took .5 of an hour, which was great cuz then we did one circuit of the gym. So I decided that my new weigh in day would be on friday, because usually on the weekend I go a bit over board, so monday wheigh in sucks.

This weekend was a blast I had my 18th B-day party (a little early) it was great, I made 31 jello shooters to play waterfall with (a drinking game with cards) and they didnt even last half a deck, lol. Plus there was cake and chips and pop and of course booze, so I knew that I had gone way over my callorie limit, and I didnt even bother counting it up.
I know that I just have to work extra hard this week to get back down, my real birthday is on the 31st and I want to be 165, so Im going to weigh in one day early.
Im moving out of my house and into my dorm this weekend so Ive been doing tonnes of packing, its all very exiting and nervous starting college.

Wow I havent been here in what seems like forevor, Im glad to be back :) I had to get moved into my dorm and schools started and everything. Im in a Ba. of Science program, but really what Im doing is Pre-vet which takes 2 yrs.
I signed up for a badmonton course, so its great, twice a week I get to play, and exersize at the same time. And thats about it.

Hey thanx hf2006. Today was badmonton, which was SOOOO much fun :) , school has been keeping me busy, and it rained and SNOWED :eek: today, ughhh winter has started :( .oh I tried pita pit today becuase supposidly it was healthy, but apparently not, I wen online and looked up what a chicken ceaser pita was and it ended up being 780 callories !!!!:eek: Well i havent weighed in lately and Im kind of afraid what the scales are going to say, since Ive started college I havent been exersising regularly (exept badmonton twice a week, which I just started ), or eating "propperly". Oh well the halloween challenge should be great for getting me back on track, :)

You dont know what badmonton is? Your missing out, its kinda like tennis, but instead of a ball you use a birdie/shuttle, and the rackets are lighter, the net is also higher. I really enjoy it, its lots of fun.
But today has been a great day for classes and eating and everything all round, but tonight my aunts feeding me supper, so I have no idea whats in store :confused: . I have TONNES of homework for the weekend, which sucks, but what can you do. And my wheigh in today was better than I thought it was going to be, I also have a months membership to a gym here, so I went there for the first time today and spent 45 min on the elliptical machine :) Well thats about it, Ill see what the weekend has in store for me.

oh ya, im a bad speller badmonton....badminton, thats what I ment, lol. Today is homework day, but I made it to the gym which is awesome, and my friend is in town, so hopefully I will get to meet up with him later, any whoo just checking in, and it looks like today is going to be a beautiful day, oh ya ..... GO UNPLUMPING PUMKINS !! :)
 
hahaha I know what badminton is!! I just thought maybe bamonton was another game in another country or something! LOL badminton IS really fun!!

LOL thats funny :p , wow I guess I should double check my spelling, lol. The unplumping pumpkins has been really good, Ive done the water challenge well, and I went on the eliptical (sp) machine for 45 min today! It was great, I feel so good after a workout, :). I also went shopping today and bought all my groceries for the week, I even planned out all my meals, so I know that I will be in my callorie range, ;)
 
Well today I played "badminton" (lol) and I also went to the gym, it was great I havent done that before. I really had to push myself to keep going on the elliptical. I went for 45 min and I was sweating buckets, I dont think Ive ever sweated that much in my life, its crazy. Well lately Ive been a little high on callories, but I think that the extra work outs will help.
