Squeeze My Lemons

Good point. Maybe I need to shift away from a "weight goal" into having a "fitness goal". More like wanting to run a 5K or simply putting on a bit more muscle at the gym rather than hitting a target number. If weight loss is a byproduct, so be it. Then again, the goal of feeling hot in a bikini is mighty tempting. This would definitely need more fat (and in general weight) loss... slippery slope in deed.

BTW, take it from a judge of fine female flesh :reddevil: one with many years of experience...

Toned, athletic chicks in bikinis are seriously hot:biggrinjester:

You would be a babe!!

The recent scale trouble could be due to any cold medicine you might be taking. I have heard that something in it can cause water retention, etc. So chances are it'll go back down soon. Not to worry. :)

I agree with Val/RC about 140 and toning up/increasing fitness. And I can always use some hot bikini material for drooling over on TLDs. :biggrinjester:

Now that's why I keep you around here!

Thanks for the advice, guys. It helps. I never thought about the cold meds. Its a good point

My weight has dropped back down to where it was last thursday (about time) so hopefully it will continue to drop until this thursday! I'm not expecting a major drop. When I've had a major drop one week, my body normally needs a week to settle. I am very happy, all in all.

I am beaming with pride for my fiance. He is down over 30lbs. He's now at 228 (from 260). His goal is 200 (so far). He is looking damn fine!!! Thought he was hot before....now he's sizzling. Move over Sven! He is also coming for a visit starting thurday. So excited! He's driving his bike down. Unfortunately, it is supposed to be raining (its a 13 hour drive). He is determined to take the bike. Silly man!

Glad the scale is working out for you.

BTW, I love my bike too. 13 hours in the rain might strain the love affair but... men and their machines...

So, will he be taking you for a ride? (on the bike I mean)

Yes he is very stubborn about anything to do with that bike. I can understand because of our short motorbike season. He's trying to squeeze in one last big trip before snow. Yup, once he gets here we'll go out on the bike together. I have the whole get up...chaps included. I'm sure that will inspire some dirty comments from some of you. ;)

I don't know how he manages 13 hours of riding at one go. I maxed out at 6 hours. After that I didn't think I'd be able to walk for days. My hips were so locked up. LOL.

Nope, I would never, ever make a comment about assless chaps...

Trust me, it's a lot better from the driver's seat than the passenger's. The driver only has to contend with wrapping their legs around the bike. The passenger needs to also contend with wrapping their legs around the driver (and not in nearly as enjoyable a way as wrapping legs around someone might be...). End result, muscle cramps from holding yourself in that position for too long.

You know, there are so many ways a conversation like this could go south. I'm actually kind of proud of the fact that I didn't take ALL of those paths...

BTW, What kind of bike? I live in New England so my riding season is none too long either.

Lemon!! Congrats to your fiance for the weight loss! I bet you he is a hottie, hot, hottie. (He'd have to be to snag you) Lol.

You know, I once rode for 12 hours from Ohio back to Wisconsin on the back of my dad's bike. Needless to say, I was biked out for quite some time. By butt was sore forever. haha!!

You're doing so great on your weight loss journey, honey! I'm so very proud of you! You rock, big virtual sis!! (((big hugs)))

Kinky! Perfect for some off-trail hijinks!

I don't blame you, the most I ever rode was 24 miles and I didn't know about electrolyte stuff back then and MAN OH MAN did my legs cramp........Jeez 6 hours is nothing to sneeze at--OUCH!

Enjoyed all your posts. I'll try to catch up and respond to the later. Fiance is back home :( Now I'll have time.

Guess what???? I reached my goal weight today:

140lbs
:party::party::party::party::party:

Fan-fucking-tastic!!

Well??? Is it everything you hoped it would be, or are you still thinking about re-evaluting? BTW, you owe us pics of "the lemons" :coolgleamA:

Lemon pictures are coming soon. I swear.

Thanks Everyone!!!!

I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing and see where it takes me. If I go down so be it. If not...no problem.
