Thanks Sammy and Kimmie,
I definitely need the vote of confidence! Sammy, its three times a week for 11 weeks.
Hey Curvie,
Nice to see you in here and thanks for the thumbs up on the past year. Its been very rewarding. The idea of "body transformation" is huge incentive for keeping with the class.
I survived day two! I woke up this morning with all my aches and pains still there and thought oh my god how am I going to do this again. This morning after I managed to somehow lowered myself down on to the toilet (quads are still killing me), I started to cry because I didn't know how I'd manage another class. I was so frustrated because I didn't want to give up, yet I didn't know if my body would hold up.
I had my fingers crossed for working more on the upper body, so that my poor, abused quads and glutes could get a chance to recover. Well, it didn't happen that way. Though the routine was changed up, there was still a fair bit of quad and glute work. I suffered through it and persevered!! I am very proud...and now very crippled. LOL. My god, I hurt. I'm dreading how I will feel tomorrow! Stairs are absolute murder and I can't walk normally. I hope you guys are right and that it will get better (I'm sure it will...eventually)!
As for feeling sick...I think I might have fixed the problem. I got the food situation figured out and felt fine. Whew. That was a major worry.
Thanks for the support, guys. I need somewhere to whine, otherwise I'll be driving all of my "real world" friends nuts. LOL. Although I think everyone is actually finding it kinda hilarious. You know how funny self-torture is. I wonder if S&M fanatics love gym classes?
I'm going to be checking in all of your diaries soon, my loves. I'm pretty much bed-ridden at this point. Haha.
