Squats

I did squats with my trainer on Monday. I did four sets and on the third set I maxed out with 185# for 8 reps. It's the heaviest I've gone so far. My trainer was impressed with that and how far my range of motion on the squat has come. Don't know why I posted this but it felt good.
 
Quite funny you mention this.

Recently I've been squatting more than usual. I've been doing sets of 5 reps and a bit over 100kg.

Maybe this is because I'm getting ready for vacation? :rofl:

You keep squating deep and getting amazing gains because of it, and we will hear a post like this again in the very near future. Keep it up!
 
Thanks for the words fellas. I'm pretty close to being able to squat to parallel at this point. I remember when my trainer was having me do body weight squats and my knees would be buckling inwards. I actually look forward to squat day. Hopefully a little bit further and I'll be able to start deadlifting.
