Hey all,
I recently changed my full body workout with the help of your advice, and one aspect I changed was dumbbell squats to barbell squats. I've only had a couple of sessions so far, but I find that when I hold the bar with it resting along the shoulders behind my neck I get very sore at the top of my back/back of neck. It is really weighing down on that area. Am I holding it wrong? Or is this to be expected? It just doesn't feel right.
