to be honest, no i havent. ive tried squats last summer and it just felt so weird and the bar hurt my neck and i never tried them again. r u supposed to rest the bar on ur back or do u hold it up slightly above?
yes when you lift a weight protein synthesis (muscle growth) starts and last between 36hr to 48hrs so if you train each bodypart every 48hrs you will keep protein synthesis going.workoutclown said:so doing 3 full body workouts a week is/can be better than hitting a body part once a week? what constitutes a full body workout, meaning what kind of workouts? any reliable websites u can recommend for me to research?

i have been doing it for 30yrs no problem squats at the beggining deadlifts at the end.if you want to alternate them on different days then thats fine, but hey who said training is supposed to be easyTHBench said:I've been doing that for about 6 weeks now and no, you really don't want to do it.
