squats and another question

look at the picture when squatted down the knees and toes are aligned the knees do not go wider or narrower or in front of the toes. they are over top.. look at it you'll see just scroll down man...:p

dont worry, its a pretty common thing:p
and about the stretching. just lemme get this streight. i stretch before i do the workout, after im done with the workout AND on days i dont even work out those muscles?:p

and ive been told to hold the stretch for atleast 40 sec.. because if you want to be soft you have to do that or something :p does that sound right?
 
20 to 30 seconds is good. and yes to the rest.. :)
