Squat Help

I really need to do squats for my workout but dont have a way to get the weight on my back.. anyone have any ideas on how i could make a rack or something to help? Thanks
 
squat light.. power clean it to your chest then military press it up and let it down on your back, and do the same when going down.
 
You could always try dumbbell squats too, though I think they leave a lot to be desired. But if they;re the only squat you got....

Don't try to make your own rack!
 
Have you looked for used squat stands at a used sporting good store like Play It Again Sports?

Here's what I did...I used half of my bench press bench and a cut-in-halfish rairoad tie. I used one of the prongs to hold one side of the bar and cemented in part of the railroad tie to make the other holder for the bar. Yes I'm being serious.

If you have an Academy in your area, they have a squat/bench rack combo for like $100 that you can keep in your backyard or garage.

But yeah...Power clean to front squat, power snatch to OHS, Bulgarian squats, hack squats, suit case deadlifts, power clean to zercher squat...etc
