Do not know the proper name for this kind of chest but the one where you can see pecs (major and minor) clearly defined. ( \__/ )
Can some one suggest some great excercises to achieve this kind of definitions.
I currently do, in that order:
Incline Bench
Flat Bench
Flat DB flys
Dips + Reverse bench Dips (as a superset)
I may add / replace one of the excercises with decline in few weeks time.
