*sighs* Hi again guys... well I've been avoiding posting (and weighing) because I've been in denial about my weight a bit. Knew I'd put on a few pounds so sort of ignored it for a while lol. But it can't be ignored forever, I got ambitions here :D so here I am again, and I'm back up to 164lbs so some work has to be done.

Yell at me, kick me up the backside, do whatever to keep me on track, PLEASE! :D:D

Don't beat yourself up too much, at least you have realised that you have had a couple of days off, now get back onto it.
The easiest thing to do is to think "Oh I have been bad for a couple of days, I will give up". Thats exactly why we (yes I have been there a number of times before) keep loosing weight and putting it back on.

Just think, OK starting today I am going to carry on eating well. Forget the last while that you have been off, and start again from today. Overall in a couple of weeks time you will not even know you had some time off.

You have done really well up till now and I know people will be really envious of how well you have done, so get back on it.
