*sighs* Hi again guys... well I've been avoiding posting (and weighing) because I've been in denial about my weight a bit. Knew I'd put on a few pounds so sort of ignored it for a while lol. But it can't be ignored forever, I got ambitions here so here I am again, and I'm back up to 164lbs so some work has to be done.
Yell at me, kick me up the backside, do whatever to keep me on track, PLEASE!

Don't beat yourself up too much, at least you have realised that you have had a couple of days off, now get back onto it.
The easiest thing to do is to think "Oh I have been bad for a couple of days, I will give up". Thats exactly why we (yes I have been there a number of times before) keep loosing weight and putting it back on.
Just think, OK starting today I am going to carry on eating well. Forget the last while that you have been off, and start again from today. Overall in a couple of weeks time you will not even know you had some time off.
You have done really well up till now and I know people will be really envious of how well you have done, so get back on it.
