Hey all!
Well this is a 2nd "fresh start" for me, and as one of my resolutions for 2008 is to reach a weight I'm happy with I feel it's "do or die" now. So here we go.
For those of you who don't know or remember me, I live in England and I work with adults with learning disabilities.
My two major deadlines are: A week in February when I want to be looking my best for several reasons; and a wedding mid-April where I am to be a bridesmaid and to add insult to injury will be standing next to two slim other bridesmaids and a very slim bride!!
Anyway I've put myself down to take part in the Valentines Day Challenge (weighing in and starting tomorrow) so in the morning the real effort begins. I have a few fresh ideas to avoid feeling like it's all the same old food and excercise. I would really like to chat to you all more and get to know you better this time around too.
