Sprinting and hopping in relation to lifting

I was wondering how one would fit sprinting, jumping, and reactive-typed stuff into lifting...specifically for strength and/or power. Would one just do a dynamic day with low volume in the weight room before going out to sprint or hop? How about a ME day?

It depends upon the exercises you are using for your jump / sprint / hop stuff.

A lot of these exercises can be used for warmup before your workout. Others can be done on your off training days, or days you feel like being outside.

You can work in a lot of jumping and hopping exercises in with your lifting routine. Don Chu is an advocate of doing a type of superset between strength and power exercises since the early 90's at least. (he calls it Complex Training)

So there are a lot of different answers to your question. Depending upon what your goals are.
