Hi I voted for rock, but I also enjoy Christin, Swing, bigband ( Glenn Miller is my favorite ) I have a problem with writing down what I eat whether it be on fitday or just in a journal at home. This may sound strange but I stress doing that. If anyone has any suggestions it would grately be appreciated , thankyou!

Im a huge metal and rock fan.....Listening to Pantera while working out seems to just make me lift more, I know its all in my head, but everything helps.

I also like Lamb of God, Slipknot, Testament, Exodus, Shinedown, Black Label Society, Shadows Fall, Damageplan, Meshuggah, Strapping Young Lad, and Megadeth.
