Spot the Difference

It's been about a month since my first post and I've been working out about 3 days a week doing cardio and a little bit of weight training. Spot the difference......and tell me what you think. (beware, it's not as drastic as i've made it out to be). The photo's in order of before and after.

Wow....beautiful. Your legs have slendered a bit.

I have a soft spot for the part right below the privates, where the thighs meet, when they sit as yours do. BARELY touching, or not touching at all, but not a skinny pole for a figure. It's that part of the anatomy I like. Kinda like some girls have a thing for abs, I have a thing for that area.

Very nicely sculptured figure.

On a side note, how does you shoulder area look? Like around the clavicle and your shoulders themselves? I think alot of women get so focused on the torso, that they neglect up there and end up nicely defined everywhere, but not the arms or shoulders to match.

The pics posted though are very nice.

very nice work so far bubbles. :) i think you have raised the blood pressures and heart rates of every red blooded male on this site ;)

Thanks for everyone's comments, I'm feeling much happier with myself as I am feeling that I'm beginning to reach my goals. As for the note on my upper body. I have neglected it a bit because my focus was on the legs and the torso but now that I have progress on that I'm going focus on it all. Top to bottom, i just gotta get the confidence to go into the "big boys area" :p.

yes i am only 19 and I do often get the "Oh my gosh you look so much older than you are" I guess its something i've gotten used to lol. at the same time i don't refer to myself as being 19 either. :D

Just getting back on one of the questions regarding what my body fat % is - I just tried to do a basic body fat calculation on the internet to get me a rough idea of what my body fat % is and it's calculated 14.2% from what I read is in a pretty good body fat % range.

Hey Bubbles, good job. You're looking super. Noticed in the pics too what a great tan you've got in a month!!!:D

yer skinny

cute, but just skinny. in a nation, or even world that is primarily fat, you look better than most. but youre a bit like a noodle.

get hot! do some liftng and put some curves in there. Eat proteins, lift heavy, feel the burn and tear in yer muscles, and let's see them grow some.

pick up a set of calipers and get a real percentage done. they are not that expensive. you can find a few places online that sell them. the online one will make a lot of assumptions regarding your body make-up so it might not be all that accurate.

That is part of my plans.....as I have stated I have dropped any weight (because i've gained muscle) but I am working on muscle tone. It's only been about a month So i wasn't expecting great muscle results just yet. I still have that common misconception in my head (as most wemon do about lifting weights) that I don't want to bulk up too much. I know that there has to be excessive weight training and it's not going to happen overnight but it's still a subconscious thought in my head.

What sorts of weights would you recommend (as there are so many different types)

Splendid.

You can really see the difference in the legs...as you said, most women have a big misconception of weight lifting, most are afraid of things like getting too bulky, losing breast size or other reasons.

Gals cannot grow like men, they lack testosterone and other little physiological details needed to get gains like we do. Muscle tone will always benefit anyone, male or female, I personally think you are pretty darn fine as you are, but you know what you want, and if you use the same amount of will and determination you used for these results, you will surely get what you want without any problems.

Nice work :)

I'm definately much happier with the results i've gotten, it's amazing what's changed in a month. The last two days I've gone hard out on cadio and weights it's been amazing. I'm pushing myself to new levels and really loving it. I feel so much happier about myself and so much more confident. I have one main joal in mind which is to get back into modelling. I am hoping that next year I could run for miss indy.....(a huge comp over here in australia for v8 supercars and indy cars). I'm becoming a bit of a gym junkie but in a good way, I've never enjoyed exercise as much as I have recently. Its been great. I've given myself a short term goal that by christmas I'm gonna have the legs that I want parading around in my bikini down the beach soaking up the sun, workin on that tan i've just started to get. ;)

Your legs and butt are perfect, I agree with FF that you could do with adding a bit of muscle to the top half though. But that’s me being super picky as you asked for feedback and obviously trying to get into modelling your standards need to be incredibly high. If my girlfriend had that body I’d be calling sickies 300 days of the year:yelrotflmao:
