Speed and Quikness Drills

Hey,

Wanted to improve my speed and quickness for football and rugby. I generally just want to get my feet moving faster as well as get a really quick stop and go as well as better cuts. So if possible I would like some explanations of some drills that I would be able to do at home, which i could do daily? as well as anything I can do at the gym? Explanation would be necessary as I don't and never have really done SaQ drills before.
