I'm Sam, Male, 18 years old, 5'9, and 155 lbs.
My goal is to convert most of my fat into muscle mass, and maybe gain a little more weight. I want to get a six pack, which I think I would have to have a body fat index of 5-10%.
I use to go to the gym from Aug. 06 - Nov. 06. I just didn't have the time or will to continue. As of now i just do sporatic exercising, and I need to change my habits. Especially my eating habits, I find that I eat out a lot and need to control myself to eat several small meals a day rather than 2-3 big ones. I love to play a game called 'Dance Dance Revolution' which is a GREAT game to work out cardio, and I can play it for hours. So I'll begin my diary starting tomorrow...
