Hey, I've been working out at the gym on and of since I was 16 (I'm now 20), however I never made it more than twice a week, and I usually never bothered during the summermonths. Anyways - been some radical changes in my life lately, which now allows me to go the gym every day if I want to - so now I wan't to make a difference. I'm 175cm and 67kg. Fat percentage was measured three months ago to be 8,6 %. See attachment for how I look now.
So I found this program online, called the Spartacus workout. (link: ) I hit the gym yesterday and tried it out, I think it was fun to do, actually, and today I feel very exhausted. What do you think about it? What I'm aiming for is a body like the guy they used to demonstrate the exercises, pretty much.
I still need an program for abs, though, as the spartacus program did not cover that (I did not feel exhausted in the abs afterwards, at least). And should I do bench press on the side?
Or if the spartacus program is **** - what should I do instead?
Also, though I'd mention I'm going to start to eat more, as I'm not very good at eating - which I guess is why I have not gained any weight since I was 17. Eat more + protein - that should do it, right?
I hope you can help me out
