Hi guys! I lost 2lbs. I was hoping for a little more but I exercised all weekend and it was so hot I think I might be retaining water and my TOM is comming soon and we all know what that intails. Anyway I will enjoy my 2 lb loss. I'm still happy with it!

Val: That is wonderful. 5.2!!!!!!!! Wow we are sure to win with that kind of loss on our team!

Crunchy: 1.5lb is super. I think we are totally on a roll. I'm going to peek in on the other teams to see how they are doing.

I'll add to the total!! I'm down 1.5 pounds for the week! I could have sworn I was up, so I was so totally excited when I stepped on the scale this morning. *Does happy dance* :D

Hello Team, Congratulations to everyone. I did not do so well. My weight this morning was 140.5. I am not sure if the pizza yesterday had something to do with that or the fact that I feel so bloat it today. I am suffering from IBS since yesterday. My clothes is fitting looser, so it can be that I gained muscle mass. I did weights 4 days last week. I hope is that? :confused:

hi jennifuffa,
actually i had a nutritionist to help me with my diet, she gave me a flexible diet, with the amount of calories dat i m supposed to taken and e serving stated clearly, but i jus seems to have problems following it as i am very busy and very packed, i do not even have the time to eat or sit down to enjoy my meal, sometimes, all my meals consist of jus sandwiches and nothing else, thats why my weight drops sometimes and gain ....
btw, i am still undergoin treatment frm the slimming salons, but apparently, it has only helped to firm up my saggy skin but does not help in the scale, anyone....
do u have any ways to firm up skin fast? i cant go for outdoor excercise, best is something effective and simple... thks..

oh... btw... had dropped frm 163lbs to 162lbs.... thks...

arg I've started the dreaded TOM yesterday so that'll likely result in weight loss being slow this week, I checked the scales this morning and I've gone up to 145.5 again but this will likely be due to the TOM. Hopefully it will only last its usual 4 days or so and I can get back to normal. Having to drink loads just now as the weather is warm too.:(
 
Wow! 1.26% Looking good ladies! We are on a roll! I'm feeling pretty good about this week as well. I have switched back to counting ww points because I have a better handle on how to keep track of it. So I'm really hoping that I lose enough this week to at least change my ticker!

Hey guys! We did a great job with week 1!- I hope week 2 is just as rewarding (although I know I won't be seeing an additional 5 pounds fall off)
