So yesterday was a rough day. I felt miserable and grumpy. I had an all-day headache. My kids just wouldn't listen to me. It was bad... I didn't do a good job at controlling what I ate or being carefull about portions. I didn't exercise because my head was throbbing and my nerves were shot. I dunno if it was not smoking or what, b/c for once it was NOT pms. ::shakes head:: Wasn't much of a holiday. I can tell you that!
Food Log for 1-15
BF- organic whole wheat waffles (2), sugar-free syrup, banana
L- Healthy Choice meal
S- Slim-a-Bear ice cream sandwich, ruffles light chips, light yogurt
D- shake-n-bake chicken (skinless), green bean casserole (no salt added green beans, 98% fat free cream mushroom soup, skim milk, fried onions)
BS- banana pudding (pre-made graham crust, 2 bananas, sugar and fat free vanilla pudding, skim milk)
EX- I didn't. I felt crappy. I am so ashamed!
I have high hopes for a better day. I am going to do what I can in my power to get the day started right, and keep it on a good path. I'll be going on my morning walk soon. That usually gets my day headed in the right direction. If you have any suggestions, let me know!
