I went for my first work out two days ago - well, my first in several years that is.
Today (again, two days later), my triceps and chest are killing me. I am ok as long as I don't move them, but things like getting out of a chair and stretching them hurt like hell.
Is this normal seeing as how I haven't worked those muscles in a long time? How long will the soreness last? Should I continue to work those areas even though they are that sore?
I know, "No pain - No Gain" - but should I hurt this bad? I am assuming that if it is hurting, that the work out was effective. Am I right?
